Wow. Just wow. This is paradise on earth, and I wish I would never go home. The house and surroundings are just more stunning than any picture can show. Kids friendly, family friendly, stunning surroundings, near great restaurants, and supermarkets. The hosts are very responsive, and they have a maintenance person fixing everything you need. I will definitely come back with my family. Very, very, very recommendable.

Ho trascorso qualche giorno nella casa di Gabriele insieme alla mia famiglia (4 adulti e 2 bambini). Il nostro soggiorno è stato piacevole, l'appartamento corrisponde alle foto, è completo di tutto e molto pulito. Saragano è un posto magico immerso nelle colline dell'Umbria e centrale rispetto alle principali mete. Data la posizione, è indispensabile l'automobile per gli spostamenti. Lo consiglio vivamente!

Antonio ist ein sehr netter Gastgeber, der sich immer um das Haus und seine Gäste kümmert. Die 4 Wohnungen waren sehr gut und auch praktisch für unseren Gruppenurlaub. Parkplätze gibt es mehr als genug auf dem Grundstück, da Autos auch Pflicht sind um zum Haus zu gelangen. Des Weiteren ist der Pool sehr gut und auch sehr groß. Genug Platz um viel Spaß zu haben. Antonio kam mehrfach um den Pool auch zu reinigen, was sehr gut war. Gut wären noch weitere Schattenmöglichkeiten wie Schirme oder ein weiterer Pavilion da man die sonst vorher mitnehmen muss.

Great pleasure to stay at this B&B, very kind people, tidy apartment and beautiful landscape. They even prepared us a breakfast on their in-a-tree terrace!

La casa è, come si evince dalle foto, nuova e molto curata, arredata con gusto e molto pulita. I letti sono molto comodi, persino il divano letto è accettabile. Se proprio dobbiamo dire qualcosa, il giardino è praticamente inesisteste e la vasca idromassaggio è inserita in corridoio di giardino(però molto curato) dalle foto sembrava di avere un giardino molto più fruibile, ma la vista è impagabile, perfettamente visibile da quasi tutte le stanze e godibile da un bel terrazzo.

L'alloggio di Sara e Salvatore è un gioiello curato nei minimi dettagli. Abbiamo apprezzato tantissimo tutte le piccole attenzioni riservate ai loro ospiti. La vista è incredibile e si gode di una tranquillità impagabile. Gli host sono disponibilissimi. Speriamo di riuscire a tornare prestissimo!

Amedeo e Lilly sono stati davvero gentili e premurosi, la casa era nuova con una pulizia impeccabile,spazi ampi e molto calda e accogliente. Tra l'altro ci hanno permesso anche di mettere l'auto nello spazio interno e ci hanno fatto trovare alcune cose per la colazione. Posizione ottima se si vuole visitare i dintorni. Lo consiglio e sicuramente se dovessimo ritornare in quelle zone ci soggiornerei nuovamente.

We had a fantastic stay at Leonardo's "LA CASA DI GIULIANA” place! The home was spotless, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was perfect for everything we planned. Communication with the host was fast, friendly, and helpful. Check-in and check-out were easy and smooth. We especially loved the location, the the cozy balcony and the quiet surroundings. Everything we needed was available and thoughtfully prepared. The neighborhood was peaceful and felt very safe. We truly felt at home throughout our stay. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality! A romantic birthday escape under the Tuscan stars We spent a few unforgettable days in this peaceful country home near Cetona to celebrate a birthday, and it was truly magical. Surrounded by the soft hills of Tuscany, the house offered the perfect blend of charm, comfort, and privacy. The highlight of our stay was the evening of the birthday itself: we shared a romantic toast in the large heated Jacuzzi, set in the garden under a sky full of stars. The warmth of the water, the silence of the countryside, and the sparkle of the night made it an absolutely unforgettable moment. Our days were filled with little luxuries — a visit to a local *winery* for a tasting of Vino Nobile di Montepulciano and local delicacies, and a relaxing afternoon at the *mFonteverde thermal spa, soaking in natural hot springs with breathtaking views. Every detail felt curated for a romantic escape. This place is pure peace and beauty — the perfect spot to celebrate love and create lasting memories.

A lovely property in a beautiful area. Sabrina and Antonio were really attentive and kind. Easily accessible by text and also prompt in coming round to solve a problem. Having 3 separate apartments worked well for the extended family and the ground floor was large enough for us to dine together. There are lots of places to visit including many beautiful hill top medieval towns. Antonio and Sabrina were very kind gifting some local Est Est Est wine and a cake for our special birthday. Little unexpected touches like these helped to make it a memorable stay. The weather was not on our side in the middle of April, rain and mist on several days, so it would have been nice to have somewhere inside for us to sit and relax together. A few comfy sofas would have been appreciated by older members of our group. You will not be disappointed with your stay here, no matter the weather!

Die Unterkunft war ein Traum alles war perfekt, das einzige war der Weg dort hin sehr enger und steiler Feldweg, aber sonst war sonst war alles top 😍👍🏻

Der Aufenthalt war sehr schön. Die gesamte Anlage ist einfach perfekt. Gaspare, Raquel und Cristoforo waren alle sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sehr weiterzuempfehlen!!

This villa is truly one of the best Airbnbs we’ve stayed in over the past 15 years! Everything exceeded our expectations. The location is perfect - easy to reach from Rome airport with a swift 90-minute drive - and the view is simply breathtaking. We were greeted with chocolates and the house itself is well equipped, with every amenity you could need. The fenced-in area added a sense of privacy and security, perfect for families/pets or just enjoying some peaceful outdoor time. The decor and layout of the villa made it feel both luxurious and homely. Floriana was an exceptional host, always responsive and ready to help with anything we needed. She offered fantastic local recommendations, including private cooking class/private chef. Her local insights and care truly enhanced our stay. We’re already planning our return and can’t recommend this villa enough! If you’re looking for a beautiful escape with stunning views and a top-notch experience, this is the place.
