appartamento in stradina silenziosa ma vicinissima alle vie principali comodissimo per visitare la città a piedi, casa carina tutto come da descrizione, per accedere ci sono due belle rampe di scale un po' ripide ma oltre questo nulla da dire, ai bambini è piaciuto tantissimo il soppalco con l'amaca effettivamente è uno spazio molto carino unica pecca x gli adulti x accedervi bisogna stare attenti a non sbattere la testa alle travi un po' basse. nel complesso una buona esperienza.

Irene was a very nice host and took care of us really well. She even baked us a home made apple cake as a welcome gift! We originally booked 3 nights but because we had a 8m old baby with us, the hot Italian summer temperature became a slightly an issue for us as it was difficult for our daughter to settle into her daily sleep routine. Irene was kind and understanding of our situation. We were able to work out a plan to shorten our booking and she offered to find us alternative stay as well given her other rooms are already booked. From one parent to another, we are really appreciative of her understanding and willingness to work with guests due to unforeseen circumstances that are outside of everyone’s control.

Een fijne plek om tot rust te komen. Het is schoon en, indien nodig, is er een goede airconditioning. De eigenaren wonen onder het huis, maar zorgen ervoor dat je voldoende privacy hebt. Roberto en Beth zijn vooral erg vriendelijke en behulpzame eigenaren.

Loved staying here! A welcome quick stop on a bike trip. The place is very cute and Maria was very friendly and easy to communicate with. She also left some breakfast options which I appreciated.

Lovely little place, thank you Francesco and his dad who had loads of stories to tell about Guardea. Just a note, I understood that the garden was shared but thought that the two parts of the house had private terraces let's say. But no the whole garden is shared, by including table etc. which is nice, but also better to know, for who has a dog for example

Abbiamo passato dei giorni favolosi immersi nella natura di Monterosi. L'appartamento è molto bello e dotato di ogni comfort: cucina super attrezzata e bagno meraviglioso. Claudia e Carlo gentilissimi, ospitali e sempre disponibili. Ci siamo trovati davvero benissimo, come a casa. I dintorni sono ricchi di storia e archeologia e paesaggi mozzafiato sul lago di Bracciano, una meraviglia da scoprire! Non vediamo l'ora di tornare!!!

Posto meraviglioso siamo stati 7 giorni con un bambino piccolo si è divertito tantissimo !una ricchezza avere il grande giardino con le oche! Pierpaolo e Max fantastici

We had a very special stay at San Lorenzo. This is a beautiful part of Italy, and the hosts, Pino and Monika, welcomed us with warmth and kindness. The pool is fantastic and the grounds are pristine and perfect for family and friends seeking outdoor activities (including tennis, ping pong, badminton and even golf right on the property!). While we spent most of our time outdoors, the accommodations met our needs and provided a good amount of space for our party of 6. Pino was a tremendous resource, going above and beyond to make our stay memorable and enjoyable. He even helped to arrange a soccer scrimmage for the soccer enthusiasts in our group. The wi fi works best on the send floor or outside. Wonderful, caring hosts and an easy walk to restaurants and a charming town center.

Wir haben eine Woche in diesem wunderbaren abgeschieden Haus verbracht und jede Minute genossen. Hier kann man wunderbar zur Ruhe kommen, den traumhaften Blick genießen, jeden Winkel des Gartens erkunden, sich im Pool erfrischen und ausgiebig in der bestens ausgestatteten Küche kochen. Das Haus is so detailliert und geschmackvoll eingerichtet und seine Steinmauern und - böden bieten Kühle in der Nacht. In der nähren und weiteren Umgebung gibt es vieles zu entdecken und besichtigen. Alles in allem ein fantastisches Erlebnis.

Mit 5 Personen hatten wir einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt. Das Haus liegt etwas abseits von Montalto di Castro und ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Im Garten gibt es mehrere schöne Bereiche, wo man sitzen, liegen oder essen kann. Im Pool konnten wir uns herrlich abkühlen. Miranda ist eine sehr hilfsbereite und sympathische Gastgeberin. Sie gab uns sehr gute Empfehlungen für Ausflüge und Restaurants.

Great place if you want to see the surrounding areas. Patrizia responds fast to any questions you have. Nice clean house with a good view on the lake. Walking to Montefiascone is doable, though you have to walk up a hill. All in all great value for money!

Nous y avons passé 15 jours à 6. C'est une belle et grande villa à laquelle il faut savoir s'adapter un peu au début : l’électricité, les douches et équipements sont un peu à l'ancienne. Cette découverte passée, la maison est un vrai plaisir à occuper et offre de nombreuses opportunités. Il y a beaucoup d'espace et nous ne nous sommes jamais sentis à l'étroit. Il faisait très chaud lors de notre visite et la climatisation a été très efficace, tout le monde dormait bien et la literie est de qualité. La vue à l'arrière de la maison est fantastique. Le jacuzzi sur le toit est un luxe rare dont nous avons été très heureux de profiter. Autour, vous avez de nombreuses options : plages à 20 minutes pour la plus proche, lac de Bolsena, Pitigliano, Vulci, Viterbe, Saturnia, Orvieto. Juste en face de la maison, boulangerie, café, pizzas. Belle rencontre avec Roberto, très sympathique et attentionné, d'une grande discrétion mais toujours présent pour répondre rapidement aux petits soucis.
