Quiet, self contained annexe close to Marazion.

Tresten is a bright airy quiet house on a country road. It is one mile from Marazion, so please bear this in mind if you are on foot, I am always happy to pick you up from Marazion if I’m free. The bedroom has two single beds and is on the ground floor with its own private shower room. You will be using a separate entrance into your annexe so no need to come into the main part of the house. There is a well equipped kitchen with dining table and a comfortable sitting area with tv and armchairs.

The cottage is set in the walled kitchen garden, as well as having shared access to grounds of the main house, the swimming lake and woodland that forms the Trenoweth Estate. it is a mix of fabulously simple and rustic with all mod cons. The Tidal Shore Beach House lies at the end of the pretty historical village of Marazion and is suited for 2 adults only. We are situated down a private lane where only two other houses reside, with direct access to the two beaches below from the garden, and a south facing garden and terrace. The house is beautifully decorated throughout with his and hers bathroom and a lovely logburner. This area is surrounded by endless sea, hidden coves, beaches, highlands and outstanding natural beauty.
