This was a perfect place to stay to appreciate the beauty of Puerto Natales and Patagonia. Not only was it comfortable, had all the expected amenities, and a beautiful view. It’s also built and operated as a self-reliant off-the-grid building to emphasize the efforts to preserve and maintain the natural beauty of Patagonia. The hosts were extremely friendly and met us to let us in and give us recommendations. They confirmed some fantastic restaurants as well as things to see and do. Overall this was a fantastic place to stay and enjoy Patagonia.

Alles war super. Carolina und ihre Familie waren sehr hilfsbereit und die Unterkunft ist perfekt, egal ob für gemütliche Regentage, Spaziergänge in das Städtchen oder Ausflüge zum Torres del Paine. Wir waren für 5 Nächte dort - die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet und man schläft hervorragend. Ich habe eigentlich etwas Angst vor Hunden aber Bruna und Pixie waren sehr lieb und es war gar kein Problem, ich habe mich am Ende sogar auf die Hunde gefreut. Vielen Dank für Alles!

Je suis restée ici deux semaines et demi, c'est l'une des raisons pourquoi la patagonie est l'une de mes régions préférées! Je suis restée longtemps par rapport aux séjours habituels, et j'ai pu voir que toute l'équipe est géniale avec tous les clients: accueillants, toujours prêts à aider, pleins de bonnes recommendations, drôles et j en passe. Ils m'ont fait me sentir comme un membre de leur "famille", et j ai adoré partager nos repas ensemble. L'hostal est à 5 minutes à pied du centre ville, j'y étais en automne alors c'était assez calme. Ils proposent de nombreux services de transport pour le parc ou l aéroport, louent du matériel etc. Tout est propre et bien entretenu chaque jour. La cuisine est bien équipée et accessible de 12h à 22h30, et le petit déjeuner est très bon et copieux pour se recharger avant un trek. L'espace commun est vraiment bienvenu, des canapés, livres, ordinateurs et jeux disponibles. Encore une fois une équipe en or, j'espère revenir vite merci pour tout!♡♡

The best Airbnb I’ve ever stayed at anywhere in the world. 100% recommended! The location of Omilihaus is perfect—just steps from the Plaza de Armas, the costanera, and many restaurants. The house is beautiful, with charming German-style décor. The rooms are spacious and impeccably clean. But the best part is the service. Mrs. Jessica makes you feel at home and spoiled us with her homemade panqueques. Everything was perfect. We can’t wait to return to Puerto Natales and stay at Omilihaus again! El mejor Airbnb en el que me he quedado en cualquier parte del mundo. 100% recomendable. La ubicación de Omilihaus es perfecta: a pasos de la Plaza de Armas, la costanera y muchos restaurantes. El lugar es hermoso, con una decoración de estilo alemán. Los cuartos son amplios y muy limpios. Pero lo mejor es el servicio. La señora Jessica te hace sentir como en casa y nos consintió con sus panqueques hechos por ella. Todo fue perfecto. ¡No podemos esperar para regresar a Puerto Natales y a Omi

We were a group of six Canadians and all really enjoyed our stay with Veronica and her son. The told us stories and shared the history of indigenous people in Chile. Our rooms were clean and our beds made daily. Veronica was very welcoming and accommodated our early morning breakfast request (5:30am) as we were being picked up for various tours. The homemade yogurt was fabulous and the freshly baked scones.

Es un hostal muy lindo, agradable y cómodo. Tiene muy buenos espacios comunes y un muy rico servicio de desayuno. Queda a solo un par de cuadras de la plaza de armas, donde podrás encontrar restaurantes, servicio de tour, renta car, etc.

We have stayed in Airbnb’s worldwide, but Carol’s cabin is the best! Carol is kind, warm, and generous - a perfect host. Her homemade breakfasts are a highlight: fresh bread, cakes, jams, fruit, yogurt, granola, juice, and coffee. The cabin is modern, spacious, and stylish with hot shower, comfortable bed, high-quality linens, smart TV and fast internet. We loved the friendly pets and scenic walks. Carol’s always available to message with and provided great local advice. She is more than just a host and tries to anticipate your needs, even driving us to meet a tour when we ran short on time! She even had a chilled bottle of wine waiting that we enjoyed in the sunshine on the front deck. This is more than just a stay—it’s an experience. We felt like family and gave Carol a hug goodbye. A must-stay in Patagonia, especially if you don’t want to be right in town. The cabin is about 50min walk along the waterfront into town which suited us perfectly. Taxis are readily available for $5 USD.

Die Unterkunft liegt nicht weit weg vom Zentrum, alles ist gut erreichbar und es gibt Parkmöglichkeiten. Patricia ist aufmerksam und immer ansprechbar. Die Zimmer und das Bad sind sauber und die Betten sehr komfortabel! Die Heizung funktioniert tadellos!

Un lugar tranquilo, acogedor, limpio, buena calefacción y se agradece mucho que tengan café o té a disposición libre, además del desayuno que está listo desde la noche anterior, así no te atrasas en tu aventura. La Ubicación es buena, tienes negocios y restaurantes, del terminal de buses es cerca aunque con nuestras grandes mochilas preferimos Uber o taxi y llegas en 5 minutos.

Patricia and Hector were extremely kind hosts and their home is beautiful. We loved the generosity of breakfast included and also the chance to have conversations together during breakfast. The house is very close to the waterfront and this was wonderful with incredible sunsets and view.

J'ai passé 5 jours chez Don Pedro. Son hôtel est situé juste à côté du terminal de bus, le lit est très confortable. Don Pedro est très gentil et aide quand on est dans le besoin. Je reviendrai séjourner ici.

Casa Cogler es un lugar que cuenta con todo lo necesario para una estadía memorable. Con habitaciones amplias, luminosas, hermosa mente alajadas y de construcción reciente. Es un lugar acogedor y cálido desde donde puedes disfrutar desde todos sus espacios(sala de estar , desayunador y habitaciones)de las hermosas vistas del entorno de Puerto Natales . Loreto excelente anfitriona. Siempre disponible y cercana ( agradezco toda la alimentación gluten free que dispuso para mi ).Volveremos sin duda . Muy recomendable.

Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt und haben uns wohl gefühlt. Die Unterkunft ist super sauber und das Frühstück ist in Ordnung. Besonderheit: jeden Morgen gibt es etwas anderes Selbstgemachtes zum Frühstück, sehr lieb! Aufgrund der Lage empfehlen wir ein eigenes Auto für entsprechende Flexibilität. Nachts ist leider die Straße immer wieder hörbar.

Very convenient to visit Torres del Paine and very clean with lots of space. View of the mountains, lake and glacier makes it worth every penny. Hospitality of staff was nice with breakfast and all.

It's a cozy hostel in Puerto Natales. We stayed upstairs. It was clean and well furnished. The receptionists were very helpful. We had a good stay for 1 night.

Had an amazing stay at Sandra's place. Tucked away a few minutes walk from the city center, the place is very quiet and peaceful, tastefully and beautifully decorated, and offers a home away from home. Shall stay here again if in Puerto Natales. Thank you Sandra!
