Julius was extremely professional and helpful when it came to making sure the overall experience was smooth. This is the perfect location being so close to the strip but providing the safety of a gated community. The villa was very clean. Julius was also extremely easy to communicate with.

Modernes, stilvolles, funktionales Haus, kein Schnickschnack- so mögen wir das. Der Pool ist großartig! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die erhaltenen Restaurant-Tipps waren super, auch der Ausflug zur Christusfigur und nach Puerto Plata waren stressfrei umsetzbar (allerdings mit dem eigenen Auto). Empfehlen können wir auf dieser Tour auch die Schokoladenfabrik (freier Eintritt) und die Rumfabrik mit Verkostung 🤪🤭 (8 Dollar Eintritt pP). Und ihr kommt an einer Gedenkstätte für Falco vorbei. Die Gastgeberin ist souverän und entspannt. Vielen Dank!

We had a great time in Perla Marina. The house was spacious, well taken care of and each bedroom having its own bathroom was a plus. We didn't sped a great deal of time in the pool, but it was nice when we did. The property manager, Jose, was very helpful & responsive to any questions.

This home was a gem! Located in a great location about a block from the beach, lots of stores and supermarkets, great restaurants on the strip and nice nightlife, while still being quiet back at the home. The house is beautiful and was clean comfortable and very safe. Hosts were very attentive, welcoming and patient considering it was a bit last minute. I would recommend this place to anyone looking to stay in Puerto Plata.

Girls Trip!!! My friends and I had the most incredible stay at this beautiful villa in Puerto Plata! From the moment I booked, the host, Evanuelsy, was incredibly responsive and genuinely cared about making sure our experience was perfect. Not only was the villa absolutely stunning, but the recommendations Evanuelsy provided made our trip even more special. The chef she recommended prepared some of the most seasoned meals we had on the trip, and the driver she arranged for us was so kind and accommodating, making our travel around the area smooth and enjoyable. While the roads leading to the villa are a bit bumpy (if you live in Ohio you would understand), it didn’t take away from the charm and beauty of the place – just make sure you have a good car to navigate the potholes! Evanuelsy truly went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful stay. I can’t thank her enough for being such a thoughtful and caring host. If you’re considering a trip to Puerto Plata, I highly recommend her!

Lucy is a fantastic host! The villa is gorgeous- both indoor and outdoor spaces were beautiful, functional and well used by our group! It was a quick and scenic 10 minute walk to the beach. The Green One section of the beach was very quiet and hardly had guests unlike the rest of the beachfront. This place is a must stay and we will be back!

Really nice, modern, clean and spacious house with a lot of amenities. Daisy was a good host, gave us clear directions for the check in and check out and gave us a tour of the villa upon arrival. Would definitely recommend.

Jonathan was a great host. He was on site to help with anything we needed. The resort was beautiful with many amenities. Unfortunately we did not get a chance to fully experience everything so I would recommend at least 5-7 days.

Jaay was such a great host! Very responsive at any time & always provided us with restaurant recommendations as well as other activities. The house was spotless and so spacious! We had a group of 8 and there was more than enough room. I’d definitely recommend this beautiful home to friends/family.

Stayed here with my family and we enjoyed the house very much. The scenery during the day and night time is beautiful. At night you feel a nice breeze. We enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi at night as well because we got the option to heat them up. The beaches are 15-20 minutes away driving. Sosua beach was our favorite in that area. Host was very responsive and helpful. We definitely recommend anyone to stay in this lovely home.
