it is really spacious and you can walk to get food and buy stuffs that you actually want, you can just walk alittle and reach giant already! the host is really friendly and nice as well

Property is clean and instructions from host is clear, a good place for short stay in JB.

- felt like home - neat and clean - seems like hotel - well managed - owners quite responsive - walkable to Legoland, can see Legoland from window - 4th floor, good view - easy to access - overall best for one family and value for money

This was my 2nd visit, the place very good and convenient for family trip to Legoland. 2-5mins walking distance to Legoland and 10-15mins drive bukit indah, eco botanic and horizon hills. Host also fast response when I reported water heater, in 5-10mins then technician had came to fix it.

It’s a comfortable, spacious, cozy apartment. The staffs are friendly. Fair price with such a great location.

Great atmosphere and place. Cosy as well. A little bit inconvenient if walking is main mode of transport, but with the wonderful amenities and security provided, it was definitely worth it.

The location is excellent, very close to Singapore and conveniently accessible to many places. The house was clean and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. The water pressure was great, and the air conditioning was pleasantly cold. I visited with three friends, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Cozy and comfortable for family stay. Nice and clean. During new year's night 12am 2024, got a memorable moment to watch fireworks from the unit. It was spectacular!!

Excellent accommodation especially those who wanted to travel to Singapore else well with the excellent location located nearby the JB CIQ centre and it is also a shopping mall. The apartment is extremely clean & comfortable to stay. Besides, the owner is very friendly and kind to provide us advice and tips on our trip which give us a big help in avoiding some unnecessary problems and also offer us for a ride to the station when we check out. He is also be very patient in waiting for us to reach his house to pass us the keys even though we are late due to the traffic on the road.

plus points:- Conveniently located though road works hampered our route. Clean and neat place with extra pillows available. Host is also responsive and helpful, both check in and out were hassle free. provided chrysanthemum packet drinks and bottled drinking water. Overall nice experience and stay at this place, Thank you host.

There is 24 hours security guard at the lift landing. The house is safe. Easy access to shopping malls and restaurants nearby. Local food and provision shop available downstairs and within walking distance nearby. Host provide a welcome message with all the instructions clear and brief. Hustle free self check in and check out. Very greatful host provide early checkin. Eary access to residential facilities as stated.
