Great place to stay. I would say that it’s more geared towards couples rather than families as it’s located next to a large club. The beach was nice and the hotel staff were very friendly. We did have two nights where music was playing extremely loud. This was not the hotels fault but something to be aware of. It was very walkable but far enough out of the city to be a little more peaceful. The only other part that got annoying was there are a lot of guys that try to sell you drugs constantly outside of the hotel property which got a little annoying. Overall confortable place to stay. Just a few things to be aware of.

Die Unterkunft von Mar hat eine wunderschöne Ausssicht auf den Pazifik, ist hervorragend ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Wenn ich in die Gegend zurückkomme, würde ich definitiv wieder bei Mar buchen. Man sollte wissen, dass der direkt an die Unterkunft angeschlossene Strand zwar schön privat ist, aber viele Felsen im Wasser hat. Dafür ist ganz in der Nähe der Strand Careyeros, der auch nicht überfüllt ist, kompletter Sandstrand ist und ganz gute Beachclubs hat. Insgesamt sehr zu empfehlen für eine Woche wunderschönen Erholungsurlaub.

Yelapa is so worth the trip! As a solo traveler I found everyone so nice and helpful and it was safe! This Airbnb is the perfect location with amazing views at the top of the hill and right in the middle of the town. I stayed in the one bedroom which was the perfect size. I loved the terrace/patio, although not enclosed, no one else used it because they all seemed to have their own. I seriously have no complaints, there’s a rooftop with an honor bar which is convenient if you don’t feel like going anywhere to drink. They also have VERY thorough instructions on getting to Yelapa, restaurant recommendations and the office/excursion kiosk is right in front and if no one is there , a grounds keeper was always nearby. My advice to anyone going is to make sure you have walkable shoes, the roads are uneven in places and I never wore my sandals, I was either barefoot or in my running shoes.

Great location and amazing view!! Loved the hammocks and outdoor furniture- Comfortable and great big table for playing games. Restaurant had good drinks and food and all the staff were super friendly and always helpful! Rooftop pool wasn’t open but we still hung up there for the views and hot tub. Would definitely return!

We loved our stay at casita #3. Our private balcony was the best part. Various seating options, spacious, and an unobstructed view of the ocean. So close to the main plaza, maybe 5minute walk. With access to beach front. Pool was beautiful and felt private, although shared with other guests. Staff was great and kept our casita clean as a whistle! Note there is filtered water provided by host. One note on noise - due to close proximity to downtown we were lucky noise was not a huge issue. As Easter weekend picked up the weekend music also started to pick up. Be prepared with earplugs or noise canceling headphones - they did the trick for us. Described well by host and description. We would stay again!!

What an Amazing place!! This was our second time staying at Villa Gaviotas, and will not be our last! Always an amazingly relaxing experience. The house is spacious with lots of various areas to hang out. We were a group of 9 adults and never felt on top of each other. Elsa the house & grounds keeper is so Wonderful. She is so nice and friendly and always quick to respond and willing to help! Elsa is one of the reasons we came back, always a pleasure to see her and she really makes you feel at home. This is a beautiful Mexican style house. The heated pool was a lovely alternative to swimming in the ocean! The quiet beach is so peaceful and serene. We saw whales jumping in the ocean almost everyday!! There are so many delicious restaurants, grocery, and markets all within walking distance of the house. Villa Gaviotas really does feel like our Home away Home!! You will not be disappointed!

This place was a great weekend stay for our trip, great views of the bay and the beach. Steps away from the beach, huge plus for our 2 year old with the tide pools right there. Also the private pool was super nice for the family to relax and enjoy the amazing sunset! Thank you Mane!

Wonderful location to explore Corral del Risco and Punta Mita. Very relaxing complex with 30+ meter swimming pool and a large splash pad for young children. A 2-minute walk to several excellent restaurants. Secure complex, but also easy to get in and out.

This home was a magical paradise. My dream home I never knew I had! Kitchen has every tool you need to cook. Restrooms had everything you need even full size shampoo and conditioner. Had plenty of towels for shower and pool use. Pool was crystal clean! Loved the access to the beach going downstairs. Loved every bit of the decoration. So much space! Great comfortable beds and pillows. Loved that there was AC in all the rooms and living room! Enjoyed every moment in this house! I wish I could have stayed longer! Hope to be able to return one day soon.

This home was perfect for our family. We have three boys, 13/11/9, and the proximity to the beach and pool created endless activities. The view from the back porch is priceless, the small community is very friendly, and all of Sayulita is easily walkable from the house. Best yet, there is a really tasty restaurant just across the street and a local stand that has everything you need. I recommend this location for any family with small kids.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The condo has a great view from both bedrooms. Very clean with some newer appliances. Comfortable furniture inside and on the deck. The pools are super nice. The pool bar/restaurant has great food and drink. The beach is great for walking. The staff are very helpful, patient, and kind. There is a couple putting greens and the gym is well kept with good options for working out.

We had a great time here. My kids loved the place. I liked that it's surrounded by nature and that we could see different animals wandering around the grounds. Melissa was very attentive and responded to all my requests. We'd love to return in the future.

El lugar es maravilloso, sobre todo la vista y la tranquilidad que se puede sentir, totalmente como en casa. Las instalaciones estaban limpias, había todo lo necesario para la estancia que tuvimos. Josh siempre atento a nuestros mensajes si algo se necesitaba, así como las recomendaciones para cenar y visitar de lujo. Sin duda alguna regresaría.

A pesar de la diferencia de horario por el lugar donde habita Brian, siempre estuvo atento a cualquier duda, muy amable. El lugar muy bonito, el condominio tiene reglas muy claras que se deben tomar en cuenta. La pequeña playa tiene muchas piedras, en general en Bucerias en estos tiempos, hay muchísimas piedras, cosa que hace algunos años no estaba así, para considerar. Los asoleados muy cómodos, al igual que la alberca. El restaurante aunque tiene un horario recortada, está muy rico y quienes atienden, muy muy amables. Nuestra estancia en general fue muy agradable.

My family and I, loved the condo…it was beautiful beach front with spectacular views and sunset! Will most definitely visit again in the future!! Located conveniently within walking distance of restaurants, bars and beach! Had a wonderful stay!

The location is perfect and the place is very nice.

We had a great stay in 105 at Casa del Mar. It’s a really great location in Bucerias being about a 5 minute walk to restaurants, bars, market. But just outside the hustle and bustle, so nice and quiet at night. Also being right on the beach is amazing. Hearing the waves dance with the beautiful sandy shoreline never gets old. The apartment itself is very nice. The double sliding doors opening to the patio overlooking were always open allowing the nice breeze to keep the condo cool. AC is available and also worked great. It has all the amenities you’d need. A couple suggestions would be a cooler, or cooler bag or two for keeping drinks/food cold if going to the beach, or grocery store and some to-go cups for drinks. And perhaps a portable beach umbrella and chairs, Tommy Bahama style or something like that. Brian from Vallarta rentals was awesome. Very pleasant to deal with and extremely responsive to any questions we had. He’s a great guy. Overall, my family and I had a great time

My wife and I visited PV with our 2 year old son and stayed here for 9 nights the first week of April. The place was perfect! Agustin was great, he answered our questions quickly and allowed us to have a crib / toddler related things delivered by a local company before our arrival, which was super helpful. The apartment is located about 10-15 minutes by car (which we rented due to having our son with us) to downtown and about 40 minutes from the airport. Taxis / buses always right outside if you don't have a car. The apartment was super clean and had everything we would need for our stay, has amazing views of the ocean from the top floor, the AC worked great in both bedrooms and the living room when we used it, and the appliances in the kitchen / washer-dryer are all new and better than what we have at home! The beach is perfect for short walks / swims, and was mostly empty during our stay. The pool was also a nice treat and was heated. We can't wait to return. Thank you Agustin!

There are many positives to this property - Very spacious Great views (although one cannot see the sun set but can certainly enjoy the 'glow') Walkable to Bucerias and La Cruz Huanacaxle Large balcony Very comfortable beds...I want one at my home Only cons - Construction next door BUT this will not be forever and no one seemed to work after 5-6pm, before 9am or on Sunday We asked for a late checkout which was granted but, without our knowledge, the maid went into the unit to start cleaning so late checkout really was not granted as we had to work around the maid. She was very accommodating but it would have been nice to have known this prior her actual entrance to the unit. I am sure the Samson group will make sure they communicate these types of situations better going forward. *Samson group is very responsive to any queries Thanks for letting us stay at your accommodation.

We had a delightful stay at Logan's place over spring break. From the beginning of our communications, the team was friendly, responsive and very helpful. Everyone helped organizing our stay, transport and activities. We felt welcomed and comfortable throughout hour holiday. We thank you all for such a great time and your attention to every detail.

This was our second time staying in one of José’s condos in this building and just as the first time everything was exceptional! José is a wonderful host. He is extremely responsive and ready to help whenever anything arises. In our case we couldn’t get the main TV to connect to WiFi for our kids streaming. José got back to me right away that there had been an issue with the previous streaming device and he ordered a new one for us to arrive the next day, when we got back from the beach it had already been set up! The staff and the condo is great! Everyone is friendly and respectful. Daily cleaning service is an outstanding amenity for a condo and not only that having an onsite restaurant for breakfast and lunch is so convenient. We love spending our days down the road at Mismaloya beach. We love Gaviota’s! Canto palmares is great for dinner and Le Kliff was amazing! I had made an error with the booking and we needed to stay an extra day. José was so nice about it and so accommodating
