The house is beautiful and very nice, an absolute pleasure. It was a bit far away from Jacó, which is what I was going for since I wanted the opportunity to view wildlife. There is a bus stop at the end of the road, which is walkable if you are fit. Uber costs about $7.00 to downtown. The host was nice and reasonable. However, I did have to request directions the morning of check-in, instead of receiving them automatically. And I received a message after 4:00 pm (check-in time) available for early check-in. It would have been nice to know we could check-in early because we took the bus to downtown Jacó with our backpacks and had to walk around and go to dinner with our stuff instead of being able to drop it off at the house first. The host also recommended that we go to a nearby river and pack a picnic because the river is beautiful. But it was only a dry riverbed. This made me think that the host isn't local and doesn't know the area. Also the stove did not work, so we could not cook.

Nous avons séjourner qu’une nuit car nous etions en transition. Le logement est ok pour le prix demandé. Mais disons que je ne passerais pas des vacances a cet endroit mais cest super pour couper la route entre deux destinations. Lilliam est tres gentille et repond tres rapidement. We had an unforgettable stay at Victoria’s house at Las Nubes Atenas! If you’re reading this and looking for a relaxing, beautiful vacation - just save yourself some time and book it. Waking up to the mountain views from our room was awesome. The beautiful bed, well-stocked kitchen, and the fresh fruit straight from the farm were great touches. Everything felt so thoughtfully done. Stunning views everywhere you look. We took advantage of the many services Victoria offered: massage by Andrea, dinner by Rosa, sauna by the pool. We definitely recommend planning to stay at the Airbnb to enjoy it for a few evenings. Victoria helped us arrange a rental car and airport taxi. Check-in and check-out were a breeze, thanks to her clear instructions. Victoria and Mark were the most gracious hosts—attentive and warm. We will definitely recommend this gem to our friends and family :)

We have rented a lot of vacation homes in many countries and this home, and its location is an experience within itself one of the best homes I have ever rented. If i could give six or seven stars I would, simply an experience my entire family will not forget. Would love to return to Costa Rica and stay in this home again.

I had a nice stay at this home. We enjoyed the many places to sit and relax inside and outside the house. Swimming pool was very nice.

this place is a hidden gem. it is very very close to the airport and still in the countryside. the apartment is private and safe located behind a beautiful mansion with a walled garden. orchids and other exotic flora abound on the property. it is a very nice place to simply relax away from the urban frenzy in peace and quiet even if only for one night.

This property was beautiful and clean, I loved the back porch with the pool and ocean view. The location was easy to get to, and the property was securely gated with plenty of parking space. The inside is gorgeous with a well equipped kitchen, very spacious bedrooms and bathrooms and a big living room area. A big plus was that we had access to the Crocs hotel next door, with access to all the pools and restaurants. We especially loved seeing the macaws all around the property! Would highly recommend staying here if you are going to vacation in this area.

I wanted to stay some days in Costa Rica to know Heredia and San Jose’s surroundings The place is excellent located. It has everything needed to feel like home. The furniture is brand new, the kitchen, bathroom works perfectly and the fact it includes breakfast saves a lot of trouble

I just needed a quick and easy one night stay. It was easy to find and easy to get in. I got a hair cut just around the corner, had a wonder night sleep and a nice shower. The place was easy to access. Also the rain sounds on the roof were very soothing for my night sleep.

Nos alojamos la última noche antes de nuetro regreso a España. Un total acierto, todo perfecto. Muy cerca del aeropuerto. Zonas comunes muy bonitas y muy bien cuidadas.Tranquilo y acogedor. La habitación es muy grande y estaba muy limpia. Descansamos perfectamente. Desayuno buenísimo. Nuestras felicitaciones a todo el staff que trabaja en el alojamiento. Volveríamos a alojarnos al 100%.

This B&B is gorgeous!!! The room was comfortable with an in suite bathroom. There’s a terrace where you can relax that’s absolutely stunning. I ordered dinner the night I stayed and it was delicious, as was the breakfast (huge portions). Laurie was helpful in arranging airport transfer which was only a 15 minute drive from her place. It’s a quiet neighborhood and great place to stay if you want to be near the airport or away from the craziness of downtown San Jose.

we stayed in Casa Mano De Tigre's just for a day. its an amazing property, we will plan longer trip later soon. highly recommend for everyone

Me gustó mucho el lugar, las personas que atienden son muy amables y te dan una cálida bienvenida. El restaurante es delicioso, todo lo que preparan se ve que lo hacen con amor y la comida es muy tradicional. La habitación es bonita, tiene suficientes cobijas y tiene un balcón súper lindo que tiene vista a un jardín.

Sweet family, awesome breakfast, very good communication, helpful and assertive, cutest dog, beautiful view, quiet area. It’s perfect for one person to retreat, if you don’t need fast wifi. You get hot food and basic groceries at the village. Busses are running to Atenas. Gabriel will help you with anything you need, they all speak very good English and like to chat.

The place is amazing, is a resort next to the beach with a private road to it. The staff is GREAT, the common areas are awesome, and is relatively close to the things you can do in Manuel Antonio, I would say that if you are looking for a nature retreat PLEASE BOOK THIS HOTEL, is surrounded by beautiful fauna and the views are just great. Only thing is that the host doesn't respond or give indications to get to the place I guided myself thanks to a comment that said the name "Shana by the beach" you can just google it and the gps will take you there.

Great place to stay, close to airport. Walking distance to restaurants and shops. Very friendly host, Edwin even offered to drive me to the airport at 4 am! I was there only for one night. The room is spacious with a large and very comfortable bed / mattress. Big bathroom with everything you need. All was meticulously clean, and welcoming. I used the jacuzzi to relax. I would stay here again!

This place is a great find and an amazing location for the park, we loved seeing the wildlife in the garden and relaxing by the pool too. The staff were really friendly and helpful with parking and the bags. The breakfast was delicious and generous. Overall, this was great value and I would recommend.
