My home is a log cabin with a private apartment on the lower level, which includes a patio as well as use of other outdoor spaces. There is a fire pit just past your patio and a short path will put you on the Appalachian Trail. As an herbalist and ethnobotanist, plants are my love and my livelihood. They are an integral part of my life and my home. I welcome you to stroll through the many gardens and paths.

Beacon sunsets. Loft w/queen and twin mattresses + pull out couch & twin-size mattress day bed on the porch. Perfect for 2, comfortable for 3, but 4 is probably max comfort since it's a small space. Please note that the road heading up there is steep. A car with AWD is ideal but a sedan will make it up too!

A cozy, clean, large studio apartment within a two minute walk to Mt. Beacon and Main St. Enjoy your stay with a fully equipped kitchen (coffee, tea, creamer, sugar, etc.), a comfy queen bed with lots of pillows, a full bathroom with shampoo, conditioner, body wash and extras. You will have off-street parking and a beautiful outdoor patio all to yourself. The apartment has WiFi, a Smart T.V. and lots of lighting but also room darkening shades to sleep in. Pickleball courts 2 blocks away.

Hiker's nest

This is a cozy room with private forest views and all the basic amenities (small kitchenette). We are located next to the entrance of Mount Beacon park (the free Loop Bus from the station drops you on our corner), a three-minute walk to the trail entrance, and a 25 minute walk to the train station and Main Street. The room is attached to the main house, but you have your own entrance with code access. We live in the main house, so we are here to answer questions or help with your stay.

This 2BR apartment is the entire top floor of an 1870 brick house. Extensively renovated in 2021 - all new kitchen, major updates to the bathroom, furniture and decor throughout. Directly behind the house is Fishkill Creek and abandoned railway tracks (you can walk to Main St on them in 10 minutes). About an hour from NYC, it’s on the property of an 1850 farmhouse & has a fully equipped kitchen & bath, cathedral ceiling, working fireplace & cozy sleeping loft. The patio has a fire pit and gas bbq. It’s the ideal place for those seeking to work from home.
