Our artistic, spacious , comfortable home is set on 13 (fairytale-esque) private, forest acres. We are minutes away from hiking trails, swimming lakes, and the Hudson River where you can kayak. The house is located on 13 acres of land just minutes away from the vibrant shopping of downtown Cold Spring, NY. It is surrounded by lakes and hiking trails, including the Appalachian Trail. We are minutes away from the Cold Spring train station. From here, you can get to Manhattan in an hour and 10 minutes. Occasionally our two small hypoallergenic dogs are with us in the house — one toy poodle and one shih tzu. If you'd like to bring your dog(s), this is a pet friendly home! Our dogs will not stay here when you visit, of course.

Friends and family will be wowed when gathering at this spacious mid-century riverfront home. There’s a beautiful new gunite pool, hot tub, large patio, screened floating porch, and spacious decks for barbecuing and dining. Interiors feature 2 fireplaces, 2 living spaces with large TVs, fully-equipped kitchen, game room, exercise area, piano, home office, and lots of space to spread out both inside and outside. All of it looks out to the Hudson River where you may spy bald eagles nesting nearby.

Foxglove Farm

Peace and tranquility await you at the end of this private road surrounded by forest. My home is a log cabin with a private apartment on the lower level, which includes a patio as well as use of other outdoor spaces. There is a fire pit just past your patio and a short path will put you on the Appalachian Trail. As an herbalist and ethnobotanist, plants are my love and my livelihood. They are an integral part of my life and my home. I welcome you to stroll through the many gardens and paths.

The Waterfall Casita: A-frame with 30ft Waterfall

Nestled among Hemlock trees & steps from a 30 ft waterfall is our cozy A-frame cabin. Sitting on 33 private acres connected to state land, enjoy waterfall views while sipping coffee in front of the fireplace. The casita was intentionally designed to feel like a home away from home. In summer, cool off in the waterfalls & private streams, in autumn take in the stunning foliage & in winter ski/snowboard at Belleayre (25 mins away). Alder Lake & the Pepacton Reservoir fishing are a 10 min drive.
