Very spacious apartment for family of four. The view of the Nile is very special. Nice clean grounds. The pool and terrace is a lovely area to relax in. Friendly, professional staff. We booked all transfers and trip's through the host which made for a very easy experience, and everything was reasonably priced. Our tour guide Hussain was very knowledgeable and enthusiastic. There was a mix-up for one trip but this was very quickly resolved. The on-site restaurant is great, highly recommend the breakfast and the Koshari is delicious. FYI for travellers - no alcohol is served in the restaurant. There is no tea/coffee in the apartment. But this did not take-away from the stay, we would happily stay here again as the hospitality and value is great.

非常愉快的入住体验！Amr 一家很热情给我的旅途提供了非常大的帮助。房子很漂亮干净，屋顶很大，可以看到落日，风景很美。这次很遗憾没有坐上热气球，以后有机会一定还会回来再次入住的。这里离热气球很近，屋顶就能看到。房子里面布满鲜花，特别美。生活用品齐全！还能洗衣服做饭，特别适合有旅居需求的一家人。推荐入住！

Notre avons passé un excellent moment chez Mahmoud. Le logement est parfait, confortable, calme et très bien placé. La vie de quartier est très agréable et authentique, plein de restaurants et des petits magasins à côté. Nous avons loué des vélos pour visiter la vallée des rois, Medinet Habut et la plaine agricole qui est magnifique. Grand merci à Mahmoud et Mohamed pour son accueil et pour nous faire sentir comme à la maison, l'hospitalité égyptienne au top du top ! Ça a été un vrai plaisir de discuter avec eux et d'en apprendre un peu sur la vie en Égypte aujourd'hui. On recommande sans hésitation.

Vehicle was arranged for us to get picked up and dropped off at location. Apartment was to a very nice standard along with an amazing view from the lounge, bedrooms and a double balcony situated upstairs on the roof of the building. Mahmoud arranged the hot air balloon tour for us which was absolutely spectacular. The apartment is located on the West Bank and is near a nice restaurant. It is also within close walking distance of the water taxis, allowing easy access to travel to the East bank if so desired. The location allowed for our group to complete many adventures in Luxor and it was nice to have a quiet, clean and peaceful apartment to come back to after a very busy day. The host was always easily contactable and came through with all of our requests in a very timely fashion. This stay was perfect for our time in Luxor and would definitely recommend if you are looking for a nice quiet apartment away from all the noise, with an amazing view of the Nile and Balloons in the morning.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr geräumig mit Terasse mit Ausblick auf den Nil, den Luxor Temple und Winter Palace. Auch bei großer Hitze halfen die Klimaanlage und Ventilatoren. Leider wurde es durch Bauarbeiten nahe der Unterkunft recht staubig am Balkon. Die Doppelmatratze war sehr hart. Im Großen und Ganzen jedoch eine tolle Unterkunft mit großartigem Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Hagag ist ein toller Host, der uns 5 Tage zu den Luxor-Sehenswürdigkeiten geführt hat, uns beim Einkaufen half und auch für sonstige Wünsche zur Verfügung stand.

Badawi promptly responded to my advance questions re: the best time to arrive, how I can go to his listing to check in, how he can show me where to go for shopping and food, how I can have my things sent to me, how my rental is private, how he will let the employees know not to bother me, and anything else I needed such as the wonderful free breakfast, WiFi, etc. When my plane landed, I texted Badawi as we discussed prior to my arrival, and he gave me clear directions on how to take the taxi to the ferry with the few things I had brought on the plane, then met me at the ferry dock, carried my things to his car, and chauffeured me the rest of the beautiful way to the rental. The place was better than expected. Rarely have I felt so at home!! He had a working refrigerator with some welcome fruit in it, showed me how to open the balcony doors for air or just sunshine, and then let me stay in peace unless I needed anything, at which time he responded very well and professionally.
