I stayed a couple of nights at their 2 bedroom apartment. This is located just 1Km away from the iconic Japanese bridge. The apartment was extremely clean and as expected with the mentioned amenities like fridge , washing machine , dryer , a lovely rooftop pool. Highly recommended

호스트는 세심하게 출국전부터 필요한 부분을 잘 챙겨주었으며, 숙소에 머무는 순간에도 계속 잘 지내고 있는지 체크해주며 세심히 배려해주었습니다. 숙소 또한 사진과 같으며 너무 잘 지내다 왔습니다. 특히 30층에 위치해 있어서 전망이 좋았고 필요한 편의시설 또한 다 갖추어져있고, 호스트가 추천해준 쌀국수 식당도 너무 맛있었습니다. w마트와 A동 출입구 사이 골목에 있는 하얀색 건물의 술집 닭연골튀김도 너무 맛있었습니다. 다낭 첫 여행인데 너무 좋은 추억이었습니다. 감사합니다.

We had a wonderful stay. The staffs were friendly and ever ready to help. Old town is easily reachable from the apartment. There is option to borrow bicycle. The apartment was spacious and well equipped, with fridge, washer and dryer. It also has a rooftop swimming pool.

Kathy’s is one of the best host I ever had. She is kind , helpful, quick responsive and knowledgeable. I really like her place , it’s clean, neat, just enough for a short get away … I think you will enjoy her hospitality and her place very much . Thank you Kathy’s for all your caring. We enjoyed it very much and sure will come back next time.

Great spot! Right on the beach, tons of restaurants in the area, awesome views. Warm water runs out pretty quick, water pressure could be a bit better. It's a really nice place for Vietnam standards, not if you're used to 5 star USA or EU standards. We stayed here for almost 1 month, and enjoyed our stay!

My fam had a fantastic stay! The location is perfect—conveniently situated between Hoi An and Da Nang, making it easy to explore both cities. The host was incredibly generous with the check-out time, which was a huge plus. Communication was excellent; she was always available and responded very quickly to any questions. Highly recommend staying here!

We really loved this place to stay. Linh always responded right away and did everything she could to help. We stayed for a month and love the space and layout of the apartment as well as the short walk to the beach. There is inexpensive local food everywhere as well as nice restaurants. Convenient stores on every corner. The beach is stunning with a ton of space to enjoy the ocean or walk the sidewalks even when it’s busy with people. It’s particularly beautiful at night with all of the lights. The only problem we had was an ongoing construction project that was going on in the apartment above us from the time we came to the time we left. Constant drilling, sawing, and hammering. I believe this problem would not affect future guests but you may want to be aware that the walls aren’t very sound proof. Overall, we were happy with everything else and it was an affordable place to stay on the beach!

We stayed three weeks in the apartment and the location was ideal. It has great views of the ocean, the city, and in the far distance, the Dragon Bridge and Lady Buddha. The place is VERY close to the beach and within walking distance of many restaurants with local and international food, bars and karaoke places. We requested a couple of items needed for the kitchen and the co-host came the same day and provided new ones for us (forks and kettle replacement). The kitchen was adequate and the host provided dish washer soap, shampoo, and body wash. Fast and reliable WIFI. During our stay the price included cleaning services once a week which is a great perk. While the apartment was fine the building gets a lot of vacationers and the hallways and lobby could use a refresh. Because of the overall humidity of Da Nang, the apartment gets a musty smell when it has been closed all day. Cigarette smoke can come in from other balconies which was a minor nuisance. We highly recommend this place.

The host is fantastic! He let us check in early, gave us a gift when we checked out and even held our luggage for us. Very clean, with amazing amenities. I will be staying here again on my next trip to Da Nang!

Huy is a great host and very accommodating. He is very quick to action your request to make your stay here even better. The place is nice and we also enjoyed the pool on warm days. The Danang beach is only a 5 min walk. There are restaurants, massage, hair salons, mini marts and markets all within walking distance to here. If you love to walk and explore it’s amazing how many great restaurants there are. We loved this place and extended till the end of our trip. Totally would recommend!!

This is Residence B of Hyatt Resort which is a super duper huge compound. All amenities which you want will be there and can be used. All at the fraction of the price paid by Hyatt guests!

The apartment has great location and view. The host was very nice. But the area is very noizy. Some guy is selling banh bao on the street at night and early in the morning. There also was smell in one of the bathrooms so we mostly used another one. Also some ants on the kitchen. These are problems of the building, not the apartment, but I recommend the host to do something about it.

Great place, looking exactly like the photos. The team was really nice and responsive. The location was great for us as well with plenty of cafes and restaurants around.
