Kim Anh's place is located close to the Han Market as well as Dragon Bridge. Place was easy to find and there was a good restaurant just next door. The AC in one of the rooms was faulty, luckily we only stayed for 1N. There are 4 rooms located on the 2nd and 3rd floors that could be challenging for older folks. Overall I would recommend this for the cleanliness and location.

Wonderful stay!! We had the best time and so thankful to Lam and her team. Very helpful and kind. We absolutely loved our stay, very clean and comfortable. Eat at Non Restaurant across the street. Clean beach. Market opens at 4:30am each morning just down the road. Thank you!!!

I think this will say it better than any long winded review: Within minutes of stepping inside this perfect, unique beachside home, we decided to book later departing flights so we could stay as long as humanly possible

The house is really beautiful and private, my family had a wonderful weekend night at Khue's house. She is very friendly and supported us very well during our stay. Because it is a private house, you will be given a key. Everything is clean, the swimming pool is also very nice.

This place is a gem. We had a great stay at La Maison Cabane with our young kids. The home is super comfortable and Huong and Kim Anh made us feel so at home and cared for. The beds were comfy and home was comfortable for all of us. We loved breakfast each morning! It was always great! The beach was a bit chilly during our visit but we still made the most of it. Loved being able to walk to dinner at a different really great spot each night. Quick Grab ride to Hoi An proper and easy to arrange all of our activities through Huong. Thanks for everything!

This place is truly wonderful, even more beautiful than the images. It's a real haven outside the busyness of Hoi An. We were two families of four with kids aged 7-10 and it was perfect for us. The kids loved the pool, which is a great depth and was warm enough for them to play in for hours. The location of the villa is incredible -- a few steps from an amazing beach cafe with incredible fresh food and just a few more steps onto a lovely, peaceful beach. Lots of swimming, wave jumping and sand castle making. We loved our five days here, it was so chilled and relaxing and the hosts were amazing helping us out with recommendations and transport. I can't recommend this place enough, one of our best Airbnb stays.

Kiet is an absolute gem of a host. He (and his family) go completely out of their way to make sure your stay is incredible. Even taking my husband to the local restaurant when we arrived to help him get dinner. The homestay feels like a luxury backpackers lodge with international tourists milling about and savoring what Hoi An has to offer. The only thing I would say, for young families, is the two bedrooms villa is actually 2, single and separate units beside each other. Completely fine for our family with an 11 year old, but may be an issue for children who are not independent. The suites are beautiful and beds were comfortable. We would highly recommend Kiet’s place.

Phòng ngủ nào cũng có ban công để chill chill. Ga gối bằng cotton rất dễ chịu. Từ Thaila Boutique đi vào phố cổ bằng xe tuk tuk rất tiện và rẻ. Nếu ai thích sự náo nhiệt và trải nghiệm đêm khuya thì ở đây rất là phù hợp!

The space was spectacular. one of the best airbnbs i’ve stayed in vietnam. Only thing there’s nothing close by because it’s in a gated community but i’d defs stay here again. Thank you for letting us stay in this lovely house

Ha is very friendly and proactive. He forgotten bottled water and we had exhausted our shampoo sachets and he immediately sent them over, without delay. He went to pick and send my family from airport too. Super grateful and comfortable with his hospitality!

My family and I had a lovely stay, Jaime was a wonderful host, always available providing clear, responsive and extremely helpful information. All the amenities we could want were in the villa and were first class - and often Jaime went above a beyond our expectations to ensure our comfort. Anh's home is beautiful. We spent a weekend here and wish we could have stayed longer. Everything is provided and we had no complaints. The kitchen is well-stocked and the beds are very comfortable. Each bedroom has it's own bathroom so it's perfect for groups staying together. As a host, she is also amazing, sending questions to check in with how we were doing and giving us local recommendations. I would recommend staying here to anyone!

This is an older type of apartment, but everything worked, I would have happily extended my stay here except it was pre booked. Strong Internet which was an important factor for me as I work online which worked flawlessly. Jack was easy to contact and communicate with. I usually rate accomodation as to whether I would return a second time ….and yes I would. Thank you for my stay here.

During my stay at the ideal experience villa in Danang, I was truly impressed by the cleanliness of the place. Every corner of the villa was spotless, creating a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. The surroundings were incredibly peaceful, allowing me to relax and enjoy the beautiful views without any disturbances. The staff was extremely friendly, always ready to assist with a warm smile and helpful service. It felt like a home away from home. I left with a promise to come back and enjoy another stay in this serene, welcoming villa that truly exceeded my expectations.

Chuong is such an amazing host! So friendly and helpful with local recommendations. She offers a delicious complimentary breakfast by the river in the morning. Chuong helped me arrange a private fishing charter with a local captain, then arranged to have our catch cleaned and cooked for our dinner at the restaurant nextdoor! The location is away from An Bang by just a 5min Grab ride, but quiet and quaint. It is rght next to the river and beach which is nice. Great value for the nightly rate!
