Plenty of room to lounge in the open concept kitchen/family/dining area, or sneak away for some privacy to one of the bedrooms!

I have created a space that offers both the ability for some peace and quiet, being nestled in a quiet community, however you are just down the street from some of the busiest restaurants and bars in town. Pickleball set included with plenty of courts nearby - feel free to use! There’s plenty of things inside the space to make you feel at home for you to use. I even have an Amazon Echo in the room for you to jam out to music during the day or use white noise for bed.

This 5 bedroom home was designed for you to enjoy the Arizona weather. Outside you'll find a heated pool oasis, jungle gym, swing set and in-ground trampoline. At night you can gather around the firepit or have a great family BBQ. More fun awaits inside with a pool table, gas fireplace, and books and games to enjoy. When you need a little time alone all 5 bedrooms have king beds and TVs. There is one full bedroom and bathroom downstairs for easy access.

The luxe king bed will lull you right to sleep after you take a hot soak in the giant bathtub. Sit by the outdoor gas fire pit to warm up and then lounge in the 2-3 person inflatable hot tub. Outdoor gas BBQ and indoor fully stocked kitchen. The community pool is just at the end of the street. Pool is not heated.

Cougar on the Mountain Casita

Retreat to your centrally-located private casita, at the foot hills of the Superstition Mountains. Walk/bike/drive less than two miles into town and enjoy what Mesa and Apache Junction have to offer. Walking and hiking trails are plenty simply by crossing the road towards the Superstition Mountains. Also, each spring and fall solstices the cougar appears on the Superstition mountain in front of us (unless over cast). This is one of the top 50 things to see in AZ
