We are steps away from the most popular beach in NYC in the best location possible. The apartment sits across from the 97th St boardwalk concessions, offering a delicious variety of food, live music, and dancing. More food/bar options, surfboard rental, the A train, and the Ferry are only a short walk away. In the warmer weather, the balcony is perfect for dinner and drinks. I live in the apartment as well and will be here during your stay but work long hours so you won't even notice I am there.

Warm room is located in a 3-bedroom Condo on the Second floor Hosted by Alina, the owner and resident within the building. The host will be present in the building with the guest.
