The room, bedroom, bathroom, pillows, mattress is throughly cleaned and sanitized for each guest. Lots of available street parking. Please check out by 11 am. Room is for two people no unpaid guest aloud. Space heater is available if you get chilly must be unplugged if you leave the premises. Non smoking home, smoking aloud in back yard ashtray is provided. Small fridge is available.
