Gran lugar para quedarse en holbox, cerca para llegar al centro a pie, y al otro lado de la isla (punta cocos) también. Cuenta con todas las necesidades para pasarlo bien. Santiago (quien nos recibió allá) MUY atento para ayudarnos con todo lo que necesitamos y más. Muy recomendado

This place deserves more than five stars. Marco is an incredible host and his “extras” make the stay so much better. The location was perfect, the accommodations top notch. Highly recommend this property. We spend a lot of time on Isla Mujeres and this is going to be our new “home away from home.”

recomiendo la casa, pues lo que más nos gustó es la seguridad que hay en el fraccionamiento, que el anfitrión estuvo desde un día antes, durante y después muy atento a nosotros y nuestras necesidades. la casa es confortable, cómoda, tiene todo lo necesario desde vasos, tazas y sartenes, hasta lavadora, plancha y estacionamiento. en conclusión volveríamos a estar con toda mi familia en el lugar.

So wünscht man sich ein Ferienhaus: Gleich beim Eintreten fühlt man sich wie zu Hause. Alles ist blitzsauber - Haus und Pool. Die Küche ist sensationell ausgestattet und alles ist liebevoll eingerichtet. Das Management des Ferienhauses ist praktischerweise gleich gegenüber- stets ansprechbereit, hilfreich und sehr freundlich. Mit den bereitgestellten Rädern kommt man schnell ins Stadtzentrum, wo man Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants findet. Für einen ruhigen und familiären Aufenthalt mehr als empfehlenswert und deshalb in allen Bereichen volle Punktzahl. 👍👍👍

Villa conforme aux photos. Logement bien équipé, ménage 3 fois par semaine. Très belle piscine, le luxe d'avoir une plage avec bain de soleil personnel et plage très peu fréquenté. Très bon accueil de Alberto et Damian. Succulent repas proposé par le chef Beto. Lieu calme, très bien situé pour visiter la Riviera Maya. En bref, un séjour de rêve. Merci pour tout, nous sommes enchantés de nos vacances

If you want to experience the best of Playa del Carmen, choose this accommodation. Great location in a quiet and safe area. Beautiful beaches within walking distance, and a pedestrian zone leading all the way to the city center for entertainment and food. The host, Rudy, is very friendly and will provide you with lots of useful advice, tips, and even contacts to help organize trips like snorkeling or diving. Bicycles are also available. I highly recommend this simple but very cozy accommodation!

Mely was a great communicator, very responsive, and friendly. We will definitely be back. The pics tell the truth! It is a beautiful place with amazing amenities in a perfect location.

Nuestra estancia en este alojamiento fue excelente. La ubicación es ideal, con fácil acceso a tiendas, restaurantes y transporte, lo que hizo que moverme por la ciudad fuera muy cómodo. Las instalaciones son tal como se muestran en las fotos: modernas, bien equipadas y muy acogedoras, perfectas para descansar después de un día de actividades. Además, destaco la limpieza, impecable en cada rincón, lo que transmite una gran sensación de cuidado y confort. Sin duda, recomendaría este lugar y volvería a alojarme aquí.
