This fabulous new custom home with a beautiful inviting interior has plenty of indoor/outdoor living spaces and is built for families and friends. This coastal cutie has it all! Beautiful, clean and fabulous! All you need to pack is your swim suit and beach towels, we have the rest. Fully stocked kitchen, bath towels, bed linens, beach toys, chairs and a BBQ pit and fire pit. Please bring your own firewood, charcoal, and lighter fluid if you plan to use the grill or fire pit. PETS- MUST PAY PET FEE No more than 2 dogs allowed and only trained, non aggressive pet breeds allowed. Please see ‘additional rules’ section regarding pets.

During the busiest days of Surfside, this deck is the quietest and most peaceful spots on the island. Not only can you feel the ocean breeze, you will hear the waves. Enjoy coffee & cocktails while watching surfers ride the waves. House has a whole house filtration system and reverse osmosis system at the sink. Feel free to use our beach chairs, towels, toys, outdoor shower, and grill.

Enjoy the lower deck with shaded areas to relax or the upper deck with amazing views. we pride ourselves on the little extras.We filter the city tap water. We provide drinking water. We spray for mosquitoes . We have coffee,tea and a few other essentials.egyptian cotton sheets and flat screen TV in every room.full laundry room with soap and dryer sheets. we also have a fenced in yard that is dog friendly. bbq and bicycles downstairs. stocked bathroom with soap,shampoo and conditioner.our goal is to make the cuttlefish as guest and pet friendly as possible.
