This farmhouse was such a special place for us to stay. We had traveled to MN for the funeral of my grandmother. The house was very roomy for my family of five plus my parents and our 2 dogs. Everything was exactly as described in the listing. Beds were super comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. The views at sunrise or sunset were breathtaking. It was so relaxing spending the evening by the outdoor fireplace! Rich made sure the wood supply stayed fully stocked. Pearl and Diesel were such sweethearts! My daughter loved playing with them. Rich went above and beyond to make sure our stay was great and he definitely exceeded that. We hope to be able to visit again in the future!

A comfy and modern hideaway in the middle of everything in Decorah. Park your car and walk to everything. Was great for two couples as there are private quarters upstairs and downstairs.

Bill and Nicole's house is immaculate and very centrally located in Decorah. They have thought of everything you might need for a stay and keep a very clean and attractive house. The walkability is excellent; easy access to the grocery store, coffee shop and several very good restaurants. With a little bit more walking it's easy to get to Pulpit Rock Brewery (excellent) and several more restaurant choices. The hosts are very responsive - we had a few questions about the house and they answered immediately. Overall this is is a fantastic place for a stay. Highly recommended.

As we are not real techy, we had a little trouble with the lock and the TV, but Grant came over and helped us! We enjoyed meeting both him and his fiancé!!

Our stay was excellent. It was a very nice place and had everything we needed. I would definitely stay here again.

Only a few minutes outside of Decorah, this AirBnB offered us quite a lot! We enjoyed hiking during the morning, visiting local shops in the afternoon, and having campfires outside at night. The view each morning on the hilltop was great. Would highly recommend for people who love the outdoors and are looking for a getaway with their family.

Black Swan properties are amazing and Becky is an incredible host. Everything is as described and was perfect, and our family of five enjoyed every aspect of our visit. You won't find better accomodations in the Rochester area.

Very clean and comfortable place. The host was responsive and hospitable. The kitchen was very well stocked with dishes and everything was clean and tidy. Great place to stay in Decorah!
