Everything was great. The water did not get overly hot in the shower, but it was still good!

We stayed at Ashley’s while in town for a baseball tournament, the house was perfect for everyone. The adults enjoyed having meals together and chatting while playing some pool and darts while the children enjoyed the foosball table and the movie theater. We will definitely be recommending this home to our friends!

We had a great stay after a concert in Iroquois Park. The host responded to all of our questions right away. We loved that the location was so close to attractions and restaurants but was still a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a place to stay in Louisville.

The farmhouse was beautiful and peaceful. Everything was clean and the decor and style of the house was stylish and well done. Melissa was a great host! Good communication and answered questions quickly. Her house was also stocked well with supplies and amenities. Our group didn't want to leave! Thank you for a wonderful stay.

This is a jaw dropping, breath taking, absolutely stunning property!!! Pristine clean, beautiful surroundings, incredibly spacious, lacking nothing! I was deeply moved by Madge’s kindness and generosity when she offered to give us a ride in her four wheel drive vehicle due to inclement weather. She was intentional in communicating with me and making sure everything went smoothly. I don’t have the words to express how comfortable, enjoyable, and pleasant our stay was! Second year in row renting this property. We come down for the bourbon trail yearly. We’ve found this place offers the best bang for your buck; multiple bedrooms, two bathrooms, and an outdoor space we used every night! About 30 minutes from downtown, 30 minutes to Bardstown, hour or so to Frankfort, and an hour and half to Lexington. Perfect for us!

Lawrence was extremely friendly and accommodating. He even offered to drive us to and from Churchill Downs during the KY Derby!

This is the perfect place for families with little kids! They have so many toys and our littles had such a blast. They also have a booster seat, kids plates/cups/utensils, step stool etc. They thought of everything! We even forgot our stroller and Jordan brought one right over for us to use! The place was super clean, beautiful, and comfortable. The adults especially loved the movie room. We will definitely be back. Thanks Jordan!

I/we had a delightful stay at your home visiting with my five siblings from all over the place...Utah, Seattle WA, Massachusetts, London England, Florida and I'm from New Hampshire! A great reunion in a spacious home in beautiful Kentucky! Can't imagine a better, more memorable way to complete my desire to visit all of the 50 states! and to celebrate my 80th Birthday!! We stayed here for an Easter getaway with some friends and our dog. Everything was really clean, the kitchen was really well stocked, it was really quiet, and the space was perfect for all of us. The screened in porch was amazing…I wanted it to come home with me! Overall, great stay. Definitely recommend and would stay again!!

This house we great for large groups. We originally had 11 people coming but ended up with only 8. The house was older with a ton of character. It looks like it is a very up and coming neighborhood that has had a lot of work done to it. We came in for a work trip at the expo center and this house was only a 5 minute drive to it each day. Hot tub was awesome and back yard was nice. Will look at renting this house again for next years convention.

We had the pleasure of staying at Anne's home for four nights over Derby weekend. The house was immaculate with a more than well equipped kitchen, plenty of towels/bed linens and all of the comforts of home along with lots of room to lounge around. The home is located in a quiet and safe neighborhood with easy access to downtown, Churchill Downs, and all of the trendy restaurant areas. Anne was a great communicator and she went above and beyond to make our Derby special. She decorated the house with Derby decor and kindly allowed us to ship our hats to her in advance. I look forward to staying here the next time I am in Louisville and highly recommend her home to anyone looking for a short or lengthy stay. Thank you, Anne, for everything.

We chose this property for a large group of family coming to town for a retirement ceremony. It was great having two living room areas to spread out. The massage chair was a huge hit. They also enjoyed the tv on the door of the refrigerator. Great place to stay close to Elizabethtown and Fort Knox. I will definitely try to stay again next time we need a rental.

We were in town for my wedding weekend. Kirsten‘s place was clean and up-to-date for my bridal party. We got to town early and she graciously let us check in a little before our set time. We are very happy with our stay!

This is our 2nd stay and it was wonderful because of Mary and Daniel and Tony's great care in decorating the homey house- so clean- so beautiful- comfortable- cozy- the decor and nick knacks i wish i could find them myself just love them- the color schemes- the bedrooms comforters and bedding the antique furniture-and frig full of drinks and snacks and counter full of snacks- pretty unusual - we stay at a lot of BnB's and we travel a lot and always find 1 place to go back to and for our trips to Loretto, KY this is our home away from home! We will be back again whenever we can. It's just so perfect- can't say enough about it- the game room is an extra bonus and has a little sitting area that is so cozy in case you want to sit and read or just relax with a cup of coffee! The view out the front window is amazing - long range view of fields and in the morning the sun comes up over the mountain. The neighborhood is quiet, and you can see everyone takes pride in their homes - Fabulous!

In combined trips, my friends and I have stayed at something like 30 Airbnb's - this was, by FAR, the best experience we've had. A couple of glitches that were immediately addressed, home was clean and, well, home-like. It is a lovely space in an exceptional setting, and we were made to feel both very welcomed, and at-home during our stay.

Cute, quiet place in a nice neighborhood. I felt safe and felt at home. I liked the fenced in back yard and driveway, because the dog could run free. Also the outside seating was very comfortable. We enjoyed walking in the mornings through the neighborhood. There were plenty of beds and the bathrooms were nice. I did not expect so many steps, but they were necessary for packing all the rooms and beds/ baths in the house. The kitchen was well appointed and the linens were nice! There was nothing that Alex and Catherine have not thought of! All in all, I think that this has been one of the nicest AirBNBs that I have ever stayed in!

Had a lovely stay. This is my second time staying at this property. The location is perfect - walking distance to local shops and restaurants. The backyard is beautiful. I loved seeing the cats.
