A beautiful space in an exceptional location. Jharna and Rohan live the sustainable lifestyle and the place reflects the same. They and the team was very warm and helpful and did everything possible to make the stay comfortable. Instructions were / communication was clear and non intrusive giving us a lot of space for chats and catching up. The beautiful coconut grove, sound of the waves, the distant horizon - it's a five star place, just an hour away from Mumbai. Food was fresh, flavourful, well-made and served with love, but being within the sustainable farm-to-table practice makes the menu limited. The surrounds / village has a peace and calm - no activities as such - the property is so good that one may not feel like stepping out. Overall, had a great time with friends. A highly recommended offline recharge.

The house is beautiful surrounded by greenery. The helper was available at all times and we were offered delicious home made food at nominal charges. The place is on the top of a mountain which is a 1min drive from the main road. Due to heavy rains there was no power from the night, but we were able to manage because of the UPS which worked till midnight. There was no power in the morning but it was not a big problem except for the geyser. Overall the place was very comfortable and stylish with very caring cooks.

Great place. It is maintained very well. Sea beach is in walkable distance from here. The private pool was also clean. Overall had a great experience.

We are regular Airbnb travelers and would rate Farah’s place as one of the nicest, best-located, and real values of all the places we have stayed around Mumbai. The place was very clean, and modern, had everything we needed to feel at home and was an easy walk to all the sites we wanted to see. Also, the caretaker helped us with all supermarkets which were handy, and a few steps to dozens of restaurants and cafes. Communication was great too. We would highly recommend this wonderful villa.

Staying at Patil Villa was an absolutely amazing experience! The villa itself is a perfect getaway, offering a calm and lively atmosphere that makes you feel at home instantly. Wow, this place was absolutely incredible for our family weekend getaway, including our two kids who had an absolute blast! The location right by the sea gave us breathtaking views that were worth the price alone, and the entire property was maintained to an exceptional standard of cleanliness that impressed even the pickiest members of our group. The spacious interior with its out-of-this-world decor meant that all 8 of us had plenty of room to spread out and enjoy ourselves without feeling cramped. Every corner was spotlessly clean, making our stay completely worry-free. The staff were amazingly helpful without being intrusive, always available when needed but giving us space to enjoy our family time. The food they prepared was seriously delicious, with everyone in our party raving about the meals. The combination of stunning seaside location, immaculate cleanliness, gorgeous interiors, and excellent service made this one of the best vacation rentals we've ever experienced.

The place was perfect! The view and the pool exceeded expectations. We had the entire place to ourselves with complete privacy. The caretakers were extremely courteous and accommodating and the food was also really good. All of my friends had a really great time. Don't go expecting a 5 star, luxury stay all amenities are extremely basic but the views and privacy make up for all of it.

Villa is very much easily accessible from both city and highway side. Operations at villa from caretakers were smooth and responsive. We got fantastic deal for the villa booking got right support from Airbnb and owners team as were throughout. We booked Papai Villa for a family of 9 people for a 2 night stay. The best thing about the place is the location, just behind Mapro Garden. The property can easily park two cars. The villa is very no-frills kind, but it was more than enough for us. The rooms all came with attached bathrooms and was overall clean and tidy. The villa has an equipped kitchen in case anyone wants to cook their own food. However, there are lots of options in terms of local restaurants at walking distances which we utilised. The host was courteous over the phone and shared the contact of the caretaker Mr. Vijay Jadhav who was very friendly and helpful. He took us to a nearby strawberry garden where we were able to buy the fruit at a steeply discounted price. Overall, it was a comfortable stay for us. We would definitely recommend booking here.

This place felt like a home away from home. Siddharto's dad was there when we checked in. He's an artist, and the house is full of artworks. Had a great conversation will him. The house is very clean, has most amenities and the non commercial part of Kashid beach is just a minute by car (5min walking distance). The commercial beach is a km away. Our family loved the place, and we would love to visit again.

I had an amazing time at this beautiful villa with my family. The host Deep & Parul was incredibly cooperative and welcoming, making our stay truly comfortable its perfectly suited for families. What impressed us most was the host's attention to detail and willingness to go above and beyond to ensure our comfort. Not all stays are 100% perfect place to stay in, but From the warm welcome to the thoughtful touches throughout our stay, it was clear that the host was dedicated to providing an exceptional experience. The villa is perfect for kids, with plenty of space to run around and play. The caretaker Mr joy was also helpful and always checking on us overall worth spending time far away from city life. Under the Tree is the go-to place if you're looking for tranquility and to escape the city hustle. I highly recommend this space to families (pet family members as well) to spend some time together and create joyful memories! Special thank you to the ever gracious Geeta kaki for being an attentive caretaker. Our tummies and souls are very grateful for the delicious meals.
