A Hidden Gem in the Heart of Nature Our stay in Dalhousie was nothing short of magical! This Airbnb offered the perfect escape from the chaos of city life. The views were breathtaking—waking up to the sound of birds and the sight of mist-covered hills was truly special. The host was warm, welcoming, and made sure we had everything we needed. Whether you're sipping tea on the balcony or going for a peaceful nature walk, every moment here feels serene. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking to recharge amidst nature's beauty!

The homestay is a perfect blend of luxury, warmth and local charm. From the moment we arrived, Rishiji welcomed us like family. Every corner of homestay radiated luxury, warmth and character, making us feel right at home. What truly set this stay apart was the hospitality. Rishiji went above and beyond—offering local tips, preparing delicious home-cooked meals, and ensuring we were always comfortable. The dining experience in the garden, with beautifully laid out table, lots of candles made our stay unforgettable. Rishiji personally monitored every detail. Every meal was carefully thought out, with best ingredients, generous portions and beautiful plating. Rishiji always added a dish here n there without any extra cost. This unexpected gesture not only delights the palate but also makes guests feel valued. He arranged a lovely birthday bash for us. Highly recommend this homestay to anyone looking for a heartwarming and authentic experience.

There are no words for how much I loved my stay at the farm. I came here as a solo female on my first trip to India and couldn’t have found a better introduction. The setting is incredible, the room is charming and private, but on top of that, Ashok the caretaker is just a treasure, and Sachin who was the recommended taxi driver was also a delight. I felt like I was saying goodbye to family after only 4 nights. Niyati and Abhi were out of town for a friend’s wedding and even so were incredibly attentive and proactive about making sure I had an excellent stay. I can’t recommend them enough. If you are wanting to be in the middle of the tourist attractions of Dharamshala and Mcleodganj, this is not the place for you. It is 45 minutes out, which was very doable for the days I wanted to spend up there but obviously not in the thick of it. But if you want peaceful beauty and local experience and truly delightful care, don’t miss this place.

I cant recommend Uday's place highly enough. We loved our stay there and both he and his mum were the kindest, friendliest, most giving hosts a traveller could ask for. The space was really large for the price and we wanted some peace and quiet, and it ticked that box perfectly. The garden is stunning with several varieties of exotic fruit trees...meaning you can pick fruit and eat it right there. A short walk away is what seems like heaven...in the wheat fields with eagles flying low and snowcapped mountains towering 6000m directly infront. Uday's mum helped me out with ingredients when I wanted to make a dal and we were constantly offered tea and snacks. As one would expect this place is usually booked but if it's free dont hesitate to book it.

Beautiful place to stay with family or friends. Serene Sorrounding, on one side its mountains with snow and on the other side it's green fields. Well equipped with Good Speaker, Games, Books, Playing Chips and Bonfire Lovely Indian food and Barbeque. Please do plan and inform the requirements before hand itself, as it's cooked fresh. Also, there can be delay in prepartion of food. Above all, credit goes to Mashal and Sanjay, for making our stay as homely as possible.

Our stay at Ritu’s place in Dalhousie was absolutely fantastic! The BnB was spacious, impeccably clean, and provided a peaceful retreat amidst the hills. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable, and the host was exceptionally responsive, sharing all necessary information beforehand. One of the highlights was their incredible food menu—the meals were delicious and priced very reasonably. It truly felt like a home away from home! I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Dalhousie.

Wow. Can’t take my thoughts off this place. It was so well maintained, spacious, fully ventilated. The place came along with the breakfast which was included in the stay and made by a cook who was really good at his job. The Bnb was at walkable distance to the famous Mall Road. Ekaansh was very responsive and recommended us with some nice places to visit and good food have. Overall this stay is a 10/10.

Badal Homestay is right in the middle of farms. I visited the place in December to enjoy the winter sunshine of Mountains, and it was a very pleasant experience. I think that photos do little justice to the place as in reality it is even better. Big Verandahs, Beautiful farms, Great pollution free streets for your morning and evening walks, all come with this stay. Home cooked food is absolutely amazing and at a very nominal price. I enjoyed every homemade meal for the whole week I put up at this place. The food was so good that neither did I eat outside nor I cooked for myself. Veggies, dairy and everything come from home, fresh, wholesome and healthy. All home members are very welcoming and the first floor is all yours and you can enjoy in your privacy. Jio works fairly well for data purposes. I highly recommend the place and would love to visit again.
