Breakfast and light snacks are included with your stay. The cushioned chairs and the loveseat have covers which are washed between each guest. The large patio located between the homes is a great place to relax and listen to the fountain or enjoy a meal.

Our Penthouse is a unique 3rd-story apartment above an 1880s Victorian Mansion, once deemed the “servants quarters.” This apartment is a surprisingly spacious, yet cozy 4-Bedroom, 1-Bath residence with a large living room, sunny kitchen, and in-unit laundry. Be advised, it’s 3-story walk-up! (No elevators in this old lady.)

Our beautiful house located 2 blocks from the Mississippi River equidistant to Downtown St. Paul and Minneapolis. We are 15-30 minutes walking distance to University of St. Thomas, St. Catherine University, and Macalester College. We offer a queen-size bed in a private room and breakfast. Since we are sharing common spaces in the house, guests must be fully vaccinated for COVID-19.
