Hiking trails nearby, and you’re welcome to borrow the kayaks or paddle boat for a trip on the lake.

Location, Location! Private entrance to self-contained unit. Enjoy easy access to grocery, pharmacies, Walmart, LCBO, banks, restaurants, Science North & hospital. Close to main streets for easy access to the city. Electric fire place, mini-fridge, microwave and coffee maker available. 1 parking spot. Smoking (cigarettes, cannabis, e-cigarettes or any other form of smoking) or vaping is prohibited inside the space. Violation will result in termination of the reservation and a 250$ fine.

Private suite with brand new furniture including new bathroom, queen size bed, fully furnished living room, kitchenette and separate entrance. Lots of privacy and a private backyard.. Parking for 2. Located in a family friendly and safe neighborhood of Sudbury. Guests have access to high speed wifi, cable tv and Netflix. 2nd Queen mattress available on request. Strictly no pets and no smoking/vaping/weed indoors. Please note: top half of the house is reserved for other Airbnb guests.

Little retro lake house (3 floors) + sauna

Welcome to our cozy retro lake house, next to Lake Nephawin and nature, but just a minute by car away from the dining and grocery shopping options of Four Corners. We are always looking to improve. On September 19 2025, for example, we replaced the queen mattress with a new one, replaced the twin bed with a new one, and replaced the foam in the seat cushions of the living room sofa and matching chair.
