It was a great stay! We had the best time enjoying the villa and the facilities. There is a supermarket and MMI close by so no need to travel too far for extra requirements during the stay. Lights are set on a timer but can be turned back on manually from inside the house. Will return for sure.

This villa was simply outstanding! Apart from being just gorgeous with its high ceilings and tasteful design, everything in it was so thoughtfully designed. Ebrahim was also very friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay here. Thank you!

Kay homes was a lovely place for a staycation in the UAE. The villa was clean and had basic amenties. We were only there for a night but loved that we could BBQ on the rooftop, make breakfast in the morning etc. They had all basic appliances and there is an al maya 5 mins away for all grocery needs. The pool itself was perfect for 6 ppl and is fairly shaded. Beds and pillows were extremely comfy!

We had a wonderful stay at this villa, easy communication for check in with clear instructions. The villa was clean and had everything you could need. The beach was nearby, as well as supermarkets and restaurants. Suitably positioned for adventuring out and about to see the sights of RAK. Would highly recommend and would stay again.

We had a wonderful weekend. The villa is clean and tidy. Check in was super easy. It’s a very spacious space that accommodated a group of 7 people easily with room for more people. The back yard floor needed cleaning. And there were no access cards to easily access the gates. Other than that it was lovely. And I definitely recommend it.

Great stay, we really enjoyed the place. It is directly on the beach and very calm. The house is big with more than enough space and everything you need is there. The only downside of the house is that most of the furniture is not in good condition: all the bathroom furnitures are falling apart, beds are average and the outdoor space (sofa/lounge beds) are very dirty, we could not sit on it. One other thing even if the company is well organized, adapted quite well to our requests the information about the check in were not clear and very last minute (thankfully we are living in the UAE so we could wait).
