Wirklich ein sehr schönes Studio, in einer sicheren Anlage und mit allen Komfort den man braucht. Für die in alle Himmelsrichtungen verteilten Sehenswürdigkeiten liegt die Anlage sehr zentral. Nach anstrengenden Tagen haben wir den Pool nicht mehr genutzt, aber dafür sehr gut geschlafen. Maya war jederzeit gut erreichbar und hat auf unsere Fragen immer schnell reagiert. Wir können nur eine Empfehlung abgeben und kommen bestimmt wieder.

I had an amazing experience staying at this Airbnb in Downtown Dubai. The location is unbeatable—just a short walk to the Burj Khalifa, Dubai Mall, and the fountains. The apartment was exactly as described: clean, modern, and very comfortable. The view from the balcony was incredible, especially at night. Check-in was smooth and the host was very responsive and helpful throughout my stay. The building also had great amenities like a pool and gym, which was a big plus. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Dubai and looking to stay in a central, vibrant area. Will absolutely book again on my next visit!

Very close to public transportation. Convenient that there’s an additional half bath especially when there’s 4 people. Host is also very responsive when I reach out to them. Highly recommend!

What a lovely little place! The hosts were so lovely and responsive. Checking in was super easy and they even set the table for our arrival. The location is very central to Town Square - lovely restaurants and coffee shops within a few metres. The space had everything we needed and instructions were very clear. A bonus is that the apartment is right near the elevators which helps when lugging shopping or suitcases.

Rohit is such a nice and warm welcoming person. He made sure I know the key people in the apartment and walked me through the whole house to the details and made me feel like I was at home. since I travel for race events, I find this place very close and easier to commute to the race track. Now we have become friends than just Host and Guest. I would highly recommend Rohit's place for anyone who travels on a budget. Remember, you'd have a friend for a life. Thanks a lot Rohit!!

Parfait pour se balader et profiter en famille comme entre adultes L’appartement est propre et identique aux photos, l’espace est agréable et les lits sont très confortables ! L’hôte a été réactif et de bon conseils et nous a bien dirigé tout le long du séjour ! Nous avons pleinement profité et reviendrons dans cet appartement pour notre prochain séjour à Dubai !

All things good this is my honest review .he offered me food which was good. But the location is 8km from metro because right now there is diversion by the govt. and any time fire alarm starts whenever u sleeping everyday i do t know why . The sound is worst . Rest is good.

Wir haben schon einige Wohnungen in Dubai gebucht, alle sehr schön, aber diese Wohnung hatte den größten Balkon! Das Bett war sehr groß und bequem und auch die Dusche war ein Traum. Alles in Allem eine sehr empfehlenswerte Unterkunft und ein toller Gastgeber.

Had an amazing stay at Hassan's place! The apartment felt like home and Hassan is a super host. The location is perfect too - a short walk to the beach, Marina Walk, and metro. Would definetly stay here again!

It's a pretty spacious space, perfect for a solo traveller and close to a metro station, too. There's a concierge, which makes check-in very easy and even though it's a building with a lot of flats, I didn't have any issue with noise or getting to sleep at night. I didn't use the kitchen at all but I could if I wanted to cos everything I might have needed was there. I like the bathroom, too; the quick supply of hot water and the pressure were just perfect. I also appreciated I could find extra towels in the closet, if I needed them. I had to work remotely during my stay and having a desk - a standing one, too! - and a good office chair made a big difference. The bed is pretty big, the mattress was perhaps a bit too firm for my liking but that's a personal preference. Talha is an exceptional host, very thoughtful and willing to help and he did so more than once, which I appreciate very much.

At Shan and team were excellent hosts. Very responsive and friendly. This is a very nice apartment with a stunning, un-obscured view of Burj Khalifa. Multiple grocery stores, coffee shops and restaurants just 5-10 minute walk away. Dubai Mall and Fountains are just 10 minutes walk, with all the shops and restaurants you could ask for. I would recommend this as a good option in the Burj area.

We booked the place few months in advance and it was a great deal. The apartment was on the 18th floor and had 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom was quite spacious. The only downside was the other two rooms were a little smaller. But don't let that discourage you, the living room was huge and well decorated. The sofas was very comfortable and the attached kitchen was easy to cook in. The master bedroom has an attached washroom with bathtub (washroom was huge). The other two bedrooms had a common washroom which was spacious enough too. There was another washroom near the kitchen albeit without a shower. The best part was all the washrooms were squeaky clean and spotless. However, the best part of the apartment is the view. Mesmerizing view of the Burj Khalifa along with Dubai Mall gives you every bang of the buck. You could easily see the Fountain Show right from your balcony if you're lazy enough to walk for 5 mins. If that's not all, the host is super helpful and responsive.
