Air conditiners are portable uniits it is NOT central air. It is not cold! Semi-private lake community with 5 in total log cabins and a fun lake for fishing, kayaking, and row boating. We have a beach, primitive walking paths, fire pits, and bbq's. We are 1 mile from beautiful Lake Rathbun. No microwaves No TV and no Wi-Fi

We are now renting our paradise/summer getaway!! A perfect location and setup for your family!! Located in Antler Acres just 3 miles from the Honey Creek State Park boat ramp. Our newer modern mobile home is situated on a peaceful corner lot, with a very nice view. Great nature/view setting, with lots of yard space for games and a campfire. We have room for parking, including your boat or jet skis. A nice large front deck overlooking a great view of the neighbor's pond and the great outdoors.
