Great location for access to tons of hiking, flyfishing and other outdoor activities in the beautiful Bitterroot valley. Large shower with dual shower heads, stainless appliances and plenty of room to cook, two large decks for outdoor lounging and grilling. Note: the last mile or so is a primitive road. Trucks and sedans are fine but any vehicle with a low profile isn't recommended

Bitterroot Paradise 1 BR Guesthouse

This guesthouse is located on 12 acres on the old Chief Joseph Ranch. Stunning views of the Sapphires to the east and the Bitterroots to the west. Perfect for a couple, or a couple with up to 2 small children. I will decline requests for more than 2 adults. Pets are welcome. The guesthouse is located above the separate garage. There is a sauna in the garage. Great flyfishing in 10 minutes, 30 mins to Lost Trail Ski area. Elk, deer and turkey usually present. Take it easy at a tranquil getaway.

Hamilton, Montana is a small town nestled in the shadows of the Bitterroot Saphire Mountains. The town a vibrant old downtown with theater, live music, a great weekly farmer’s market plus easy access to backpacking in the mountains or enjoying the river or local lakes. Hamilton is home to the Daly Mansion of the Montana Copper Kings. It’s close to several wildlife refuges including the famous Lee Metcalf Refuge. Guides are readily available for horseback rides, fly fishing , and float trips.

Mountain View Yurt

Enjoy a unique experience in a Montana built yurt. Our place was created for a Montana experience in mind. Our property is settled with little neighbors and breathtaking views. Guest will have access to a private entrance and a private bathroom area that includes a composting toilet and outdoor shower (seasonally May - October). Our yurt has a king size bed alongside a small cot for a third guest. You will enjoy the serene sounds of nature and the peace under the Montana starlit sky.

Tiny Log Cabin on Creek

Just off HWY- 93, our tiny, cabin offers a place to relax by the creek. It includes high-speed Wifi, kitchenette. All just a stroll from the Bitterroot River (East fork). There is plenty of hot water in a spacious shower. Soak in the hot tub NEXT DOOR off our back deck. Guests reserve it for the time they want to use it and have it completely private. The cabin includes a Nature's Head composting toilet and a small loft with single bed. (which is the other bedroom)

Nestled in the Sapphire Mountains on 24 acres just outside Stevensville, Montana, is the Sapphire Trout. With panoramic views of the Bitterroot Mountains only ten minutes from the Bitterroot River and highway 93, the area offers hiking, boating, biking, fishing, hunting and many more activities. The Cottage at Farmstead Hollow

The Cottage is a sweet retreat in the foothills of the Bitterroot Mountains, 2 miles outside of Hamilton, Montana. We are a family of four living the good life on our small hobby farm. The Cottage is our vacation rental nestled into the center of our 5 acre property. Complete with it's own driveway and nicely fenced off from the rest of the busy goings on of the barnyard, it is separate from our space, but animal sights and sounds are sometimes a part of the experience.

The Fullerton House

The Fullerton house is the perfect vacation home for a group of 13 or less. Conveniently located near downtown Hamilton, The Stock Farm and walking distance to Hamilton High and The Bitterroot Performing Arts Center. This home is great for housing family/friends for reunions, sporting events, group retreats, etc. Our rates are based on sliding scale starting at 4 people and additional guests are $25/per person/per night.
