Our stay was very comfortable! We loved how the room was set up and how private the general area is. We felt very safe and had amazing rest. The Host is also Responsive and very friendly! We felt very welcomed. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone considering to stay in this area!

Clean place, comfortable bed, quiet location. There were other tenants on the property but they didn’t seem to bother the Airbnb guests. Would book again.

What a wonderful stay! The place was clean and the bed was super comfy. Sabrina was very responsive, friendly and provided clear instructions for check-in, which made everything seamless. Would absolutely stay here again!

This is the second time I've stayed with April. Her place is perfect for one person (could be cramped for two), in a peaceful and quiet location on the river. The Jacuzzi and pool were great. April was responsive to all my texts and made me feel welcome.

Liz is an excellent host. She really cares about what she does and the place is geared towards making your stay perfect. The backyard is actually huge which was so fun for my toddler to go free in the grass. I rarely stay in air b and bs because of the linens usually don’t have that hotel quality- Liz’s place is different. The linens and towels are CRISP and the entire place is immaculately clean. The beds are so comfy and the house feels very welcoming. It’s such a cute place and walkable to excellent coffee (evergreen). Top tier!

Nicole's house was extremely clean & sooooo much room to work with. Spotless linens, kitchen & every room was spacious & comfortable. When we experienced a garage door problem, Nicole responded quickly & had it fixed the next day. Very nice stay & would stay again!

It was a brief stay but such a nice cozy clean place for me and my pets to relax and rest our heads!

This was our second stay in Redding, CA at this same location and we loved it! We call it our home away from home. It was very peaceful and clean. It had everything we needed. We will differently be returning for another visit! Shout out to Taylor who made it all possible, hands down she is wonderful.

We had a great time here! House was exactly as described, or even better. House is huge! Location is nice too! 5 mins from Costco, Starbucks, In N Out, 10 mins from Sprouts, Target, Walmart, the mall. Christy is an amazing host she went above and beyond to make sure we were comfy and happy! 10/10 recommend!

This home is perfect for large families! The space is open and welcoming, with a cozy, homely vibe. The location is fantastic—just a 5-minute walk to the lake and only 35-45 minutes from Mount Shasta Ski Park. We had an incredible time and would definitely recommend it to others!
