Viel Grund und Wiese und eine nette Unterkunft zum wohlfühlen. In einer ruhigen Lage eingebettet von 1600m2 befindet sich das neue Ferienhaus. In der unmittelbaren Umgebung ist ein Radweg, eine Laufstrecke, ein Fahrradweg, die Berge und vieles vieles mehr. Es gibt in der Nähe ein Stadionbad zum schwimmen und im Winter ist das Skigebiet Koralpe nur 15 min entfernt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es ebenfalls gleich in der Nähe. Es gibt die Möglichkeit ein Klappbett aufzustellen für 1 Kind.

Calm and cosy suite offers the perfect starting point for hiking, mountaineering or cycling. The apartment is located on the second floor and is the largest of the four apartments in the house, with near identical square footage. Die Unterkunft liegt auf etwa 1.200 m Seehöhe und zeichnet sich durch die gemütliche Atmosphäre und die ruhige Lage am Ende des Zufahrtsweges aus. Bis zur Liftstation zum Skifahren oder dem Mountainbike-Trail (Sommer) sind es nur noch ca. 5 min mit dem PKW. Bis ins Tal und zum nächsten Supermarkt sind es ca. 12 min, eine Bäckerei gibt es in der Nähe der Lifte. The apartment (102 sqm) is located just next to the lake Bled. It is a quiet residential area, 10 minutes walk from downtown. The apartment offers fully equipped kitchen, living room, 3 bedrooms, bathroom and a beautiful terrace (lake view). There is also free WiFi. Suitable for 4 guests + 1 or 2 optional (with extra charge). There are two restaurants near-by and a grocery shop next door. Lake beach is just across the street and traditional boat (Pletna) station a few meters away.

Come to the hill of love and stay in a lovely home

About almost 8 years ago we found a wonderfull place in the hills around Maribor. Sharing this special place with good people made us so happy, that we decided to built facilities to stay. So we started to renovate our little garbage hut and tool shed, building a little bath house and a bigger tent for families. By renting the small cottages, we can combine the joy of sharing this place with living a little bit of it.
