We are one mile from the village of Lanlivery and just 15 minutes from the A30 at Bodmin. This position gives you easy access to the north and south coasts of Cornwall and The Eden Project is just 10 minutes drive away. We now have a Zappi EV Charger that you can use if available, for a small Fee.

The Annex, Double Bed, Parking, Quiet.

The Annex is a private, self contained space adjoined to the rear of our house. It has it's own parking space, a standard double bed (195cm length bed wall to wall), shower room and private outdoor seating area. The mainline train is 5 minutes walk from The Annex. Lostwithiel also has a selection of pubs, a fine dining restaurant, Indian and Chinese takeaways, independent shops, riverside and woodland walks all within walking distance. The Eden Project is a 10 minute drive away. Adults only.

1 Cliff Cottage, Portloe is a recently renovated fisherman's cottage with a large terrace and spectacular views of the harbour and out to sea. The timeless village has been the setting for many films and TV dramas including About Time, Poldark and the Wild West. The South West Coast Path is right on your doorstep and St Mawes, Eden Project, Lost Gardens of Heligan, Caerhays etc are all nearby. Alternatively decide to just relax, pour yourself a glass of wine and let the world turn a little!

There has been a mill on this site since 1298 and in 2019 we completely refurbished the current 18th century milll to a very high standard to ensure a truly comfortable and magical getaway. Our self catering detached cottage is available all year round. A spacious ground floor cottage with views over the garden, it's own parking (with an outside electric socket) and patio area. Between Fowey & Lostwithiel in South East Cornwall. We have one super king size bed. We accept 2 medium sized dogs, by arrangement. The large garden is not fully fenced, we have a mixture of water, hedges and fences as our 3 acre boundary. The patio is completely fenced.

This property is set in the historic town of Lostwithiel close to all amenities. Detached annexe stylishly decorated ideal for a single person or couple looking for a base for walking or exploring Cornwall. Countryside views and airy light rooms make this space feel bigger than it is whilst being cosy and relaxing with wood burning stove in Winter. Off road parking with easy level access to the property and level access into Lostwithiel.

The Burrow is a snuggly little bolthole. Enjoy the fenced, enclosed garden with views across the fields. A short walk from the local pub. kitchen, lounge with woodburner (logs supplied). Smart TV, wifi, king size bed, (electric blanket in winter), air fryer, shared washer/dryer, parking and storage for bikes etc. Private hot tub, (bring flip flops!)
