The lake - Hot tub - Sauna

Relax with the whole family at the lake, and enjoy all the amenities. We have water toys for the summer or bring your skates for the winter! There is two fire-pits outside to enjoy the chilly nights or take a dip in the Hot Tub. Don't forget to sweat it out in the sauna as well! The gazebo offers comfort with the propane fireplace. Inside you will find an open concept kitchen that leads into the dining/living room with a wood-stove. There are three bedrooms down the hall as well as the bathroom.

The Shore Shack

Shore Shack is a newly construction timber frame cabin on the Atlantic Ocean. Beautiful views and direct oceanfront. A Sandy beach within walking distance (at the end of Sand Beach road). The town of Liverpool is a five minute drive away. Very private! Whitepoint, Carter's and Summerville beach all a short drive away. A four person hot tub was added in March 2022. Enjoy views of Summerville Beach during the day and fall asleep to the sound of the waves crashing on the shore at night. 3 minute walk to Summerville Beach, 10 minute drive to White Point Resort, 15 minute drive to Liverpool, 90 minutes from YHZ airport. Beaches, Lighthouses, and more are all nearby.
