Beautiful, modern, pet-friendly cottage nestled in the trees. Located on a large, private lot secluded at the end of a small gravel road. The huge yard backs onto a forest with an extensive trail network meandering a peaceful river steps from your backdoor. Mapleview beach is a short walk down the road along with many other scenic beaches in the area. The cottage is warm, cozy and fully equipped. Offering high-speed internet and smart TVs, brand new hot tub, BBQ, outdoor firepit, and boardgames.

Granny’s Cottage is located on Lake Drive East across the road from Lake Simcoe. Our private lakefront is yours to enjoy. Our lakehouse equipped with mini fridge and chairs while looking out over beautiful Lake Simcoe. Lakehouse is available late spring to early fall. This cozy cottage is newly renovated with all the comforts for a much needed getaway. Available for your use is a badminton net, 2 kayaks and a large canoe (seasonal). There is also a secure lock up for you bicycles.

Great ice fishing on Cooks bay!! The ice and fish are plentiful. Relax and enjoy this spacious 3+1 bedroom cottage across from Cooks Bay on Lake Simcoe in Innisfil. A beautiful, quiet family neighbourhood less than an hour north of Toronto, not far off the 400. Minutes walk to public beaches, marina and park. Beautiful arboretum and golf course within a 2 minute drive. Great ice fishing and access to snowmobile trails. Enjoy the custom 10 foot harvest table for large groups and games.
