This was one of the best cottages / Lake house we have ever stayed at. Very large. Clean and modern. The host left us small Christmas / new year gifts for the children. Great special touch. Very responsive and accommodating and inviting. Very high end and well stocked kitchen. Great for our large group. We had no issues of any kind. We had a great few days and will definitely be back at some point soon.

Shirley a vraiment été une super hôte! Elle avait partie un petit feu de foyer pour nous avant que l’on arrivent. Elle nous a laissé des condiments, café et bouteille de vin 😇quelle belle attention! This home was perfect for our girls getaway! We had a great time in Lisa's home. Everything we needed was there. It's a quiet area, very peaceful and lots to do. The decor is perfect, it's a comfortable home and in a great location. Would highly recommend staying here!

This was my second stay at this location, and again it did not disappoint. The hosts are incredibly thoughtful with the small touches, and in our case this time they braved a true blizzard to ensure the Valentine's hot tub was available. The location is perfect. The view is perfect. It's a cozy place in the winter (I've been both times in the winter), but I can tell it would be and incredible summer stay.

Super clean and instructions were very clear. We received recommendations for stuff to do a few says ahead so it helped us pack and plan our stay better. Awesome stay during the winter, compfy and cozy!

Jeremy's place is a perfect spot for a getaway. Clean, private, quiet and a great location. We look forward to returning in the summer to have some fun on the water. I would absolutely recommend this stay to anyone, check out a show at the Neat Cafe just a short walk away.

Exactly as describe! If you want a relaxing getaway that’s close to local trails and Algonquin this is a great middle ground. Felt right at home and would 100% recommend for those looking to disconnect from the hustle and bustle and reconnect with nature.

Spacious bottom suite, ideal for a family. The host was extremely nice and helpful. The backyard was absolutely beautiful where we enjoyed paddle boarding and kayaking. Would definitely stay again when visiting Calabogie.

Our visit was pleasant and peaceful. As soon as we reached we were greeted with a warm beautiful sunset. Although the lake was frozen, we spent most of our time by the lakeside on the recliners and the campfire. We needed a break from the city and this house did not disappoint us. Being surrounded by the whispers of the pine trees and the sound of gentle crashing waves, our days and nights were relaxing. We were very pleased with the cottage. It was very clean and spacious. Everything we needed was available and suited our needs perfectly. We loved the spacious kitchen and dining area. There is a lot of storage available if you are staying for any length of time. The perfect place to stay with a family. We would definitely recommend this Airbnb.

Katie's cottage was the perfect weekend getaway for us all, and before and throughout the stay she was communicative and helpful. We were a group of 6 adults and we felt extremely comfortable with the amenities and amount of space available, as well as the beautiful lakeview. Katie was also kind enough to leave us with ample cooking supplies and even a s'mores kit and a bottle of sparkling wine! The cottage itself was very cozy and did not feel cramped or aged at all. All in all, it was a fantastic stay and we're bookmarking her place to reserve another trip in the near future!

Setting was tranquil & beautiful, overlooked the river with private pontoon to sit on/launch kayaks from (rented from the host). Paddling the river was great fun. Fire pit was lovely in the evenings. You can buy logs from the host. Cabin is well equipped, spacious and comfortable. Andrew and his family were friendly and helpful and made us feel welcome. Killaloe was a 7 min drive away with a Freshmart, and a great wholefood shop (Grandmas Pantry). Would recommend for anyone looking for a getaway/peace and quiet. Thanks Andrew and family!

My family and I had a wonderful stay at the Cedar Canoe Cottage! The cottage itself was very comfortable and had everything we needed. The lake was beautiful and we enjoyed exploring on the kayaks, paddle board and canoe.
