Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. Located right on Laugavegur the main street The apartment is new renovated and all the furniture was bought new in July 2021. The apartment is ca 100 sq meters (1070 sq ft). The apartment comes with two big bedrooms and a fully equipped kitchen. The bathroom is sleek and has a fully equipped washing room with a washer and dryer. This is our guests' favourite part of Reykjavik according to independent reviews

Luxury in Iceland

Welcome to my new and modern apartment, it's located , 10-15 minitues from Reykjavik city center. The House was built in 2022 with 6 apartments, mine is on the ground floor, stair with few steps. it is 74 sqm -The living room, kitchen and dining area is in the same section. The bedroom and the bathroom are separated. You can have a look at the set up of the apartment on the photos. The bedroom is with a 160 cm bed and it has room-darkening shades. Washing machine and dryer at the bathroom.

Centre location, quiet but close to all amenities

Spacious and bright flat on the ground floor (own entrance) in a prestigious but quiet area in 101 Reykjavík. Restaurants, museums, theatre, cinema & public transport within walking distance. The flat has a spacious lounge, dining and sitting area , TV room and open plan kitchen with gas hob and electric oven. Master bedroom with double bed and walk in dressing room and ensuite bathroom with bath and shower. Entrance with wardrobe and separate WC.

The apartment is centrally located next to Hlemmur Square by the end of the main shopping street in Reykjavík with a foodhall, restaurants, and shops just around the corner. Short walk to the bus stops that can take you to all major destinations in Reykjavík. Hallgrímskirkja church is in about 10-15 minutes walking distance. Beautiful city center apartment

Luxurious 2nd floor apartment in the heart of Reykjavík, right next to pretty much everything downtown. Only a short walk to all the best cafe's and restaurants, libraries, museums and shops. The apartment is located in a unique early last century wooden house which was once called the palace of Hverfisgata. Recently renovated it retains all the charm of old but with all the comfort and style of modern day life.

This apartment has a private entrance is 60 m2 , it has a 2 x 90 cm single beds that can be put together to make a king size bed. The living room has a big sofabed that is 140x200 cm and there is a 40 inch smart tv . Kitchen is well equipped for home cooking. Bathroom is spacious and has a shower. The location is amazing , close to city's main attractions ,main bus station, tour pick ups .
