The studio is set up with a luxurious queen sized bed with a pillow top mattress, a sofa bed lounge, kitchenette with stove top, dining table, fridge and microwave. the studio is primarily set up for 2 guests but has the capacity for 4 guests. There is a sofa bed available to use as well as the queen sized bed. Guests have access to entire studio apartment and a single parking space out the front. Guests can access the apartment via a locked key safe. Owner to provide details upon booking. We have a key safe to let your self in but am available for any help needed Seacliff Beach is renowned for activities such as stand-up paddle boarding, kayaking, windsurfing, jet skiing, and fishing. The famous Marion Coastal Boardwalk begins on the doorstep for a walk with breathtaking views. The apartment is walking distance to local trains and buses, that can take you into the CBD, to Jetty road Glenelg and Westfield Marion shopping centre. Local supermarkets, cafes and restaurants are within walking distance Our beach is wonderful for swimming, windsurfing ,kayaking , fishing and you can hire a standup paddle board right across the road

Wine & Waves Hideaway!

This is a great place for a couple to get away and is only an 11-minute drive from Christies Beach’s beach and around 20 minutes’ drive to the southern wine region. The guesthouse is at the back of a home dwelling but is easily accessible through a roller door. You will be greeted on arrival. The outdoor area is under construction and is a shared space although tenants rarely use. I have two little chairs that fold out to small single beds suitable for children. Photos coming soon.

Mid term rental for a minimum of 5 days booking. Great for Tradies, Relocation or extended stays. Please be mindful that we live above Sunset Studio with our 4 legged Baby (dog) Zoe. She is a very friendly Schnoodle who loves pats and human interaction. We are semiretired and are generally very quiet and considerate. Sunset studio is not available for children and may not be available at times as we have Family who travel to stay and visit.
