This 2 bedroom home is close to the best of the cities attractions, including the famous Ohio State Reformatory only a 6 minute drive away. Also, conveniently located close to Kingwood Center, hospitals, and Mid-Ohio Raceway. This home has everything you need from cooking your own meals to doing laundry. There is ramp access to the front door for 1st floor BR and bathroom access. We acquired this house due to needing an office space in town. Other than the one locked room used for that, you’ll have use of the rest of the 1st & 2nd floors.
