A peaceful getaway that has been meticulously maintained and thoughtfully decorated. This private guesthouse is situated on 10 acres less than 5 minutes from downtown Bellville and just 5 miles off I-71. Unwind on the comfortable couch or one of the two outdoor spaces that have great country views. On the main level where you enter you will find a desk, half bath and washer/dryer. Air and heat in each room. Kitchen includes DW. Large bathroom with tub, shower and compact W/D. 1 block from OhioHealth Hospital, 3 mi from Ohio reformatory, and 9 mi from the mid Ohio Car Course. Unit is upstairs and may not be suitable for people with mobility difficulties or small children.

Enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located 3BR home. You’ll have dining and shopping options nearby, a short trip to: Snow Trails, Reformatory, fairgrounds , historic carousel, city parks, & Mid-Ohio Speedway. Pets welcome with fee. There is ramp access to the front door for 1st floor BR and bathroom access. We acquired this house due to needing an office space in town. Other than the one locked room used for that, you’ll have use of the rest of the 1st & 2nd floors.
