The interior is wide open with magnificent cathedral ceilings, fireplace in the family room and master bedroom. Spiral staircase up to the loft with a study/extra sleeping. Public boat ramp & dock is approximately 3 miles away, making a short boat ride to be able to beach your boat at the cove. No pets or smoking.

Columbia is the capital city of SC located in the midlands just 2 hours away from the mountains, the beach and the river town of Augusta where The Masters are played. Historic day trips to Charleston, Beaufort or Savanna are easily done. Or, take a stroll in historic downtown Columbia just 15 minutes away. Tennis, frisbee golf, and kayaking in our backyard. Nestled on 66 acres with a gorgeous pond/farm view, you will find Goat Daddy's Farm and Animal Sanctuary. Our luxurious tiny house has everything you need to make your farm stay comfortable and relaxing. Guests will have access to the farm during specific hours, as well as over 2.5 miles of paths and two ponds to explore. With your feet in the sand, by a fire, in the hot tub, on the trails, or getting some goat/animal therapy, The Farmhouse and Sanctuary has something to offer for all.
