We had a wonderful stay at Nicole’s place. It was perfectly located, clean and neat, and had everything we needed for a fun/peaceful weekend at the beach.

We had an amazing stay at this ocean view apartment in Puerto Rico! The location is unbeatable—just steps away from the beach, and the views were absolutely stunning. The apartment was spotless and fully equipped with everything we needed for a fun and relaxing week, including beach towels, toys, a cooler, and chairs. The property itself has great amenities like a pool, basketball court, and a playground with swings, which was perfect for our kids. Communication with the host was excellent—he responded quickly and was super helpful throughout our stay. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and will definitely be coming back again!

The condo was as described and Elizabeth was very responsive to my questions during the stay. The neighborhood was safe and the beach nearby was a short walk and very beautiful. It’s great to have a car as well so you can explore the area. We bought groceries and enjoyed some meals in the condo. The AC also worked great. Finding the condo was confusing at first and Elizabeth was helpful. Once we learned the area it was very easy to get around. We had a wonderful vacation and will definitely be back to Puerto Rico.

The place was beautiful, one of the best airbnb i ever stayed. Views were breathtaking apt better than the pictures. Place was spotless🤩. Kathy was the best host ever. Even do she was in Peru she never stop communicating. We were very grateful for everything! We are returning 100%!!

The view from the condo is beautiful. The beach and pool we had basically to ourselves. We felt safe in the gaited community and location was easy to get to El Yunque, San Juan, and Luquillo for day trips. My kids loved the kitties. Grocery store was also only 10 mins away.

We had a great time in PR for my daughter senior spring break trip. Our rental was nice, clean & quiet. The beds & sheets were comfortable & the A/C kept us cool. We appreciated the beach umbrella, beach chairs, beach towels & cooler. There were plenty of bath towels & extra blankets as well. The hosts were quick to reply with any questions we had. We would stay here again. It was very close to the rainforest entrance & not far from Luquillo Beach or the excursions on the East side. We didn't get to take advantage of swimming in the ocean in front of the condo complex as it was red flags all week. We kinda expected that though from all the research we did ahead of time. The north shore beaches are generally too dangerous for swimming, especially in the winter. The beach was beautiful & natural though. You can walk in either direction. Loved all the palms & pines. The pool was the perfect temp. We would take a dip after exploring for the day. Lots of great restaurants nearby too.

We stayed with family at Luis’s apartment and it was absolutely what we needed. The location was so ideal with the beach access and also a private pool at the property. The beach was very clean and we loved spending our evenings there. Luis responded very quickly to everything we asked or needed help for. His instructions to the property were so clear that even with the power outage, we made our way in very easily. We will stay here again and will recommend to our friends and family.

Ody and Tom were great hosts. We enjoyed staying at their property in cluster 2 of Rio Mar. The location was great and the condo was nicely decorated. We enjoyed the pool. The place was lovely and spotless! Close walk to the beach. Pool right outside your back patio. Wish the pool area had umbrellas but nice nonetheless. Great restaurants nearby and lots of fun things to do! Highly Recommend!!

This is a cute condo with a beautiful beach, we felt like we were on a private island! It’s a great location to hike the national forests and far enough away from the big city. Lots of extra beach gear was available to use. I’d definitely recommend Juan’s place!

One of our favorite AirBnB stays ever. Wonderfully decorated and incredibly clean. The apartment felt like home immediately. Had possibly the best-stocked kitchen and linen closet I've ever seen. One of our biggest fears going into an Airbnb is always the depth of cleaning, some only look clean at the surface, and a few hours in, the truth begins to surface. But this place was seriously well kept, no dust, no significant signs of insects or other bugs (impressive for P.R.). Besides this, it was beautifully styled. My family loved it all, the tv was huge, easy access to key streaming apps and the view from he balcony was nice. While it isn't our favorite location (not much within walking distance), we enjoyed it so much we could totally see ourselves coming back and simply driving to beaches rather than risk a lower quality stay closer to the beach. The quality is worth it.

The host was incredibly attentive and provided helpful local tips that made my visit even more memorable. A small note for future visitors: the building doesn’t have an elevator. If you’re traveling with heavy luggage or mobility issues, please be prepared for a bit of a climb. Overall, my experience was fantastic, and I’d highly recommend this property to those looking for a welcoming and well-kept home base. I look forward to returning on my next visit!

Just returned from a very relaxing week spent at Valeria’s condo. The unit was comfortable, the pool was a nice feature, and the beach was idyllic. All in all, great weather and great beach time in a peaceful, tropical setting.

More or less as described. Comfy beds and furniture. We particularly enjoyed the balcony space, the proximity to the beaches and El Yunke National Forest. My only niggle is it took us a couple tries to determine which compound we were actually in which was El Yunke something. It was Ocean something and Signature Service but never El Yunke anything. And there are several very similar groups of buildings next door. But it’s a small thing! Really enjoyed our stay.

We truly enjoyed our stay there. Quick access to the pool and the quiet beach and a very nice outdoor dining area with hammocks. We also appreciated how close we were to El Yunque. Clean, comfortable and the host is very quick to reply.

This is my second time staying at Rinaldo's with my family and the apartment maintained its expectation of cleanliness, sufficient linens, and other amenities. We arrived late in the night and early in the morning. Rinaldo was flexible and understanding of our flight schedule. Having an allocated parking spot for our rental car was another great addition and the location is ideal. Rinaldo's home had everything we needed for the beach as well, making our beach days comfortable and relaxing. The complex is quiet and quaint with friendly neighbors and staff. Rinaldo was responsive when we needed anything urgent making the process smooth and seamless. Additionally, the house rules were direct and legible when we had any questions regarding check-in/check-out, cleaning, etc. Always an enjoyable stay!
