Excelente estadía. El apartamento estaba limpio, cómodo y en buen estado. El área espectacular, áreas recreativas diversas, la playa a pasos, piscina y áreas de estar. Nos sentimos seguros y disfrutamos de la tranquilidad y buen ambiente. Agradecida de los host, Noel y Damaris, que estuvieron disponibles en todo momento para contestar y resolver. Fueron amables y excelentes anfitriones. Lugar recomendado y nos encantaría regresar.

feeling safe is extremely important to me and Juan's condo hit the mark along with a beautiful view. wish there was more room to fully unpack suitcases and instructions to operate TV. also appreciate having two bathrooms. highly recommend Juan's condo for a relaxing feel at home experience.

Hi Edwin and Deborah, I just wanted to sincerely thank you for letting us stay at your apartment in Río Grande, Puerto Rico. It was an amazing experience from start to finish! The apartment was spotless, cozy, and fully equipped to make our stay comfortable and relaxing. The ocean view was absolutely breathtaking — waking up to that scenery every morning was a true gift. We loved the peaceful atmosphere of the area, the close proximity to the beach, and how easy it was to get around to different attractions. You can really tell how much care and attention you’ve put into the place — it made us feel right at home from the very beginning. Thank you again for your generosity and for allowing us to enjoy such a special place. We truly had an unforgettable vacation, and we’ll absolutely recommend it to friends and family. Beautiful place and great location!!! Super close to Margaritaville and Luquillo Beach. Found good restaurants and Walmart was appropriately 20 min away to get stuff we needed. Found a quiet beach and enjoyed ourselves. We had a group of 6 and we had plenty of room. Had a great stay. Thank you!!

Perfect location with beach access, clean apartment and great communication.

We had a great stay at this spacious, nicely decorated apartment in a super convenient location. As a penthouse unit, the rooftop terrace was a huge bonus—perfect for kicking back and relaxing. Everything was clean and thoughtfully stocked—we especially appreciated the little extras like toiletries, beach gear (towels, chairs, umbrella, cooler), and the s’mores kit! It’s a walk-up (four short flights) and conveniently close to the pool and basketball/tennis courts. The kitchen had everything we needed (just note there’s no dishwasher), and the beds in the master and second bedrooms were very comfy. Restaurants, grocery stores, and nearby towns like Luquillo and Fajardo were all an easy drive away. There was a power outage our first night (island-wide), and while there’s no generator, the flashlights and candles helped until power returned a few hours later. Jose was always super responsive. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend!

Great place! I was not sure how to respond to how accurately the place was described because it was actually a lot nicer than the pictures. It was bigger than I thought and really nice. It was incredibly clean and had everything we could have wanted--very thoughtful. The location is a little remote in terms of walking to things but a short drive to some great little restaurants, the national park, Luquillo, etc. We loved the location because it was quiet and the complex was really pleasant and well cared. AND the beach in front of the complex was excellent and also very quiet. One day I had the beach completely to myself. We went to other beaches but in the end preferred the one right there. Awilda was really responsive and it was obvious how much she cared about her place. This was one of my best AirBNB experiences in terms of value, quality, location, communication, etc.

Can’t say enough good things about this place! This was actually our second stay here in just four weeks, and it was just as perfect as the first time. exactly what you need whether you’re here to relax or explore. The host is awesome. Always quick to respond and makes the whole process smooth from start to finish. Location is spot on too — close to great restaurants, beaches, and everything else you might need, but still nice and quiet when you want to unwind. Definitely our favorite spot in Rio Grande. We’ll 100% be back again!

The house has so many other amenities besides the AMAZING views all around. House was very clean. We also appreciated the helpful local recommendations. Nearby is El Yunque Rainforest, Richie’s restaurant and Kiosk. We would definitely stay here again!

This place is a hidden gem for nature lovers! The house was perfect for us to be surrounded by nature. And Felipe was so friendly and welcoming. The drive to the house was an adventure with sloping hills that made the experience even better.

We had two families stay at the Happy Yellow Beach House and we loved every minute! Accessing the beach was a short walk down a lovely path, the pool and hot tub were so much fun and the house was comfortable. The kitchen was stocked with all the basic essentials and we had plenty of towels. It was so convenient to be able to do laundry as well. We loved the bakery and new restaurant at the end of the street and went to the Luquillo Kiosks a few times - it was a great location - easy travel from San Juan! Manny was an excellent host and took care of all our needs, provided recommendations for restaurants, grocery stores, etc. Thank you for a wonderful visit and sharing your piece of PR heaven with us!

We highly recommend a stay at Hacienda we Azucena! From the moment we stepped onto the property we felt like we were transported into our own private, tropical paradise! It was like having a resort all to ourselves! The home was very well maintained, and the grounds absolutely pristine. We enjoyed countless hours in the pool and hot tub, as well as star gazing each night. As soon as the sun would go down, the rainforest came alive and we were immersed in all the wonderful sounds of nature. There were a couple hiccups during our stay, which is to be expected, since it is a home in the middle of the rainforest, but Carmen and Jamie were immediately responsive, and had the issues taken care of very quickly! I cannot recommend this property enough, and when my family returns to Puerto Rico, we will definitely be trying to stay here once again! If you’re heading to Puerto Rico, look no further because this is the place you want to stay!

The house was just as the described, if not better. The photo of the view from the patio and pool doesn’t quite do it justice as you have a great view of the island, part of the rainforest and out onto the water. The house is a great location to sightseeing and visiting all the island has to offer. The house had all the amenities and more you could ask for. Olivia did a great job with communication and went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay!

This was my second stay, and once again, everything was absolutely amazing! Luis is an exceptional host—he truly goes above and beyond. During a national power outage, he personally brought over a generator to make sure we were comfortable. That kind of care and attention is rare and deeply appreciated. Highly recommend staying here—you’ll be in great hands!

What a wonderful stay @ Loly’s place. I haven’t visited my home is over 39 years. Now married with children, it was our very first experience as a family traveling to Puerto Rico. Loly’s place made our first experience together a memorable one. The place is exactly as described and shown in the pictures. 2 separate bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms was exactly what we needed with growing children that need their own space. The pool is literally steps away. The private access to the beach about a 3 minute walk. I felt like home staying @ Loly’s place. Luquillo beach , and El Yunque rain forest is just but a 12 minute drive from her place. Fajardo just 25 mins away. The only hiccup and it has nothing to do with Loly or her place is the power outages , although brief most of the time it can happen at any moment. So if you’re traveling with little children , something to consider. All and all our experience was great and Loly’s place made it memorable.

Our stay at Diana’s was like having a home away from home. The pool and seemly private beach were just what we were looking for. The location was also perfect for day trips to El Yunque rainforest, local restaurants and multiple other pristine beaches. Diana was an amazing host super responsive and understanding to all our needs. Highly recommend this stay!

One of our favorite AirBnB stays ever. Wonderfully decorated and incredibly clean. The apartment felt like home immediately. Had possibly the best-stocked kitchen and linen closet I've ever seen. One of our biggest fears going into an Airbnb is always the depth of cleaning, some only look clean at the surface, and a few hours in, the truth begins to surface. But this place was seriously well kept, no dust, no significant signs of insects or other bugs (impressive for P.R.). Besides this, it was beautifully styled. My family loved it all, the tv was huge, easy access to key streaming apps and the view from he balcony was nice. While it isn't our favorite location (not much within walking distance), we enjoyed it so much we could totally see ourselves coming back and simply driving to beaches rather than risk a lower quality stay closer to the beach. The quality is worth it.

The hotel, grounds, restaurant and coffee bars were all amazing. Staff super friendly and helpful. The location is nice as it’s close to San Juan, El Yunque, etc, but not in an overly touristy area. Plenty of entertainment on site with pools, corn hole, ping pong, basketball hoops, Bon fire. The beds were very clean and comfortable. Great location for a couple or a family stay. The only thing to be aware of is that pictures and description are from a stock of photos. The actual room you are slotted is chosen at the time of your arrival.

The view from the condo is beautiful. The beach and pool we had basically to ourselves. We felt safe in the gaited community and location was easy to get to El Yunque, San Juan, and Luquillo for day trips. My kids loved the kitties. Grocery store was also only 10 mins away.

Leslie is the true definition of a Puerto Rican.She was very sweet,helpful and communicated well.She offered me a early check in and late check out even tho I didn’t need it I appreciated the gesture.The view was amazing very peaceful and quite area with the main road 2 minutes away.I will definitely book this place again.

We had a wonderful stay at Nataly's apartment in Puerto Rico. Traveling with a teenager and pre-teen, we needed a space that was clean, comfortable, and close to attractions, and this place delivered. The apartment was very spacious and located in a quiet, gated complex with 24/7 security, which made us feel safe. The location was ideal, peaceful but close to Luquillo Beach, Carabalí Rainforest Park, El Yunque National Forest, and plenty of restaurants. Parking was easy, right in front of the building, and the complex stayed quiet even at night. Check-in was smooth, although Google Maps had trouble finding the apartment. Nataly was incredibly responsive, even helping us at 1 a.m. There is also a pool in the complex, although it is a little farther from the apartment and we did not use it. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Puerto Rico.
