Walkable Mountain Gem in the Heart of West Asheville

Featuring polished concrete floors, trendy furnishings, and raw wood accents, this home combines rustic and modern elements for a warm atmosphere. Drink coffee from a NESPRESSO and read in the morning light from the comfort of an Adirondack chair on the patio. The suite provides a private room with queen bed and sofa bed to accommodate 2 additional guests. Smart TV in the living room is Roku-enabled. The suite is on the walkout basement level of the Hosts' home, therefore some noise from upstairs will transfer. Short walk from restaurants, shops, breweries, galleries, and parks & greenway. Our guest suite is great for business travelers, families, and anyone in between! You’ll find that it’s very cozy and comfortable and in the best part of town. In the private guest suite you have a bedroom, bathroom, living room, and outdoor patio to yourself. There is a mini fridge, microwave, kitchen table, shelves for food, dinnerware for 4, and an electric kettle for coffee and tea. You have the basement apartment to yourself and can interact with us as little or as much as you want. We are available to you, as needed. The home is set in charming West Asheville and within a short walk from many restaurants, breweries, shops, and cafes, such as Owl Bakery, Hole Doughnuts, Pizza Mind, Gan Shan West, Taco Billy, New Belgium Brewery, Urban Orchard Cider, Hi-Wire Brewery, The Wedge Brewery and several art galleries in the River Arts District. Downtown art galleries are a short drive away. Everything you need is within walking distance or Uber and Lyft are reliable. A car rental makes sense for day trips, as there is so much to do outside of Asheville.

Visitors have their own parking space and outdoor patio. The Tempur-pedic mattress on our king-size bed offers maximum comfort. We can also add a Pack-N-Play for the little one(s). Cozy studio -Newly remodeled bed + bath (now entirely separate from the main house / private entrance). Same brilliant location nestled between River Arts & West Asheville. There are many cute shops up the hill in West Asheville and a good bar/restaurant scene nearby - Anoche is my favorite! 5-minute walk to New Belgium, Hole Donuts, Grey Eagle, Cooperative Coffee, etc. 10-minute walk to Owl Bakery. 5-minute drive, bus, and Uber downtown or a 30-minute walk.
