Great communication from before I booked it as I had a few questions. Very accommodating with my requests and clear instructions. A home from home. A lovely welcome pack for when we arrived. Spotlessly clean. Extremely comfortable beds. A lovely hot shower with some good power to it. Had absolutely everything we needed including toilet paper, washing up liquid and towels provided which is very rare in a caravan. Even had a coffee machine with a selection of different coffee pods. Lots to do on the site and access to the neighbouring site too. Also only a 10 minute drive to Torquay so plenty to do. Would definitely recommend and hope to visit again. Great place to stay. The welcome from the reception team was very warm and friendly. The apartment was exactly as described in the listing and was cosy and comfortable. It was a chilly day when we arrived and it was so nice to walk into a warm room! Everything was clean and fresh, the view across the lake was lovely and it was quiet and peaceful. Check out was very straightforward and quick. I would definitely recommend this place.

Lovely little spot on the edge of the moors, sauna and swimming pool are a 1min walk from the flat, but are fantastic and well maintained. The hot tub is excellent, not as private as you might think :) and takes a bit of love and attention to heat up, but worth it! Flat is small and homely, perfect size for a couple!

Excellent communication and always accessible. Caravan was positioned really well, it was nice to be away from the hustle and bustle from the front. Easy to find, with host providing good additional information about the area. Lovely area to explore both on foot or by car. Good facilities on site and useful site staff. We had a great time.

Stunning setting, beautiful grounds and the perfect break for a young family. Our kids loved the pool and the games room, very well situated for trips to Totnes and Dartmouth. Sheila and Richard were very welcoming and responsive hosts - we had a great time, highly recommend the space and the hosts!

Great location for a lovely relaxing few days on the south coast, Cornwall has my heart, especially when the sun is shining! Melanie's instructions and recommendations for places to eat were great. Falmouth is just an our walk up the coast, lovely place to mooch about with great shops. Would recommend and happily come and stay here again

Really great place for a vacation, either a short or a longer break. Stunning place and very well cared for, with really comfortable and spacious accommodation, and nice common areas, especially for families. Very peaceful. The pool/jacuzzi/sauna are great, although a bit busy at times (as expected). Nice bar/play room with games for when the weather is not so great. Shame that the restaurant was closed for renovations at the time, but that was expected as it was mentioned in the listing. Area around is served by plenty and really nice, traditional pubs with good food and drink. Great experience, overall!

If you’re looking for a peaceful comfortable retreat by the sea, Nicola’s flat is the place for you Beautifully decorated, with a well equipped kitchen, super comfortable bed, a lovely view of the bay and quiet peaceful surroundings, I cannot recommend it highly enough Add to that the little touches like motion sensor night lights, binoculars for guests use , plenty of handy plugs for working and a thoughtful 2 litre bottle of milk in the fridge on arrival . Free to use ( with arrangement - the pool and gym in the hotel next door , and great communication from Nicola . Would definitely stay again .

We had a brilliant family holiday here in Oct half term. Brilliant location so close to the beach and the costal paths, very convenient for Falmouth. The pool, sauna and hot tub are great and the kids had the best time. The apartment is compact but had everything we needed. Melanie gave lots of useful info before we arrived. We will be coming back.

The location was within walking distance of most of the places we wanted to go. Having off-street parking is an absolute bonus in Exeter, and having room for 2 cars was fantastic. The proeprty has been modernised, itwas clean with good natural light and was excellent value. If we require accommodation in Exeter again, we would be trying to book here again

Great, comfy and clean space. Used as a weekend hub to explore Cornwall and was perfect for us. Walking distance to Falmouth and Pendennis point was perfect. Couldn’t have asked for more! Flat was modern and to a very high standard.

We hope to return again next year! It was perfect.

We had a lovely stay at Poolside. The location was great to see lots of places in Cornwall. The pool was a great addition, and being able to book it for an hour private per day use was ideal. The bottle of Prosecco and fresh milk in the fridge was a nice touch. The sofa wasn’t the comfiest, and the towels were quite small, but overall an amazing stay and would highly recommend to anyone wanting to visit Cornwall/have a relaxing getaway.

The lodge was in a beautiful setting, perfect for families, a lovely safe environment. The accommodation itself was extremely spacious and spotlessly clean, the bathrooms were lovely, with towels and toiletries included. Upstairs was particularly spacious with amazing views. The hosts kindly provided us with initial provisions, like tea and coffee. It’s a great base to explore the surrounding area, and a lovely space to return to. I would definitely recommend this beautiful holiday home, and would return with my family.

We had a very relaxed time and Saj was super responsive and very detailed in what we needed and what was around for us to do. The house had everything we needed and was very clean and have to say lovely pillows and duvet 😁 would highly recommend

Badgers House was the perfect venue and location for a large family break. House was well equipped and comfortably furnished. The indoor pool proved a knockout with the children - especially as the weather wasn’t great! The indoor games room was a hit for the male adults, who enjoyed hours of pool, and they hit the gym too. The woodland walk was perfect, we spotted a male deer, the children loved it! Hide and seek in the house was so exciting and kept the little ones entertained for hours! Thank you to Max and Alex for being superb hosts and giving us this beautiful home and setting to enjoy. Our granddaughter broke her heart to have to leave! We will definitely be returning and may need Toad Hall next time for more family members to come along and enjoy the beauty of this peaceful place.

William was a delight to communicate with, always a speedy response. The house was very spacious and well located for the town and beach. We enjoyed the views from the large balcony.

We absolutely loved our stay in this beautiful, peaceful home! It was the perfect getaway—spacious, spotless, and incredibly dog-friendly, which made it even more special for us. Anita and Martin were amazing hosts—so welcoming, accommodating, and quick to respond to any questions we had. A big thank you to Martin for setting up the BBQ and sauna for us—it was such a treat and made our stay even more relaxing. There’s so much to do in the area too, we were never bored! We can’t recommend this place highly enough and would definitely love to come back!

Adrian and his team were absolutely amazing from before we arrived! Adrian sent me a long list of all the nearest supermarkets, restaurants, attractions and adventures that are around the area. It was of huge help when trying to organise the trip. When we got there we were greeted with a card and scones which was absolutely lovely! The house included anything you could ever need and more! Especially in the kitchen which was fully kitted out. The hot tub and sauna were all set up and very easy to use. WiFi worked perfectly too. We are so grateful for them for gifting us with an amazing stay and we look forward to maybe going back. Most definitely recommend staying at the Tresillian Lodge!
