Our (shrinking) family lives on the main floors and you will stay in the 1500 square foot daylight basement apartment with separate entrance. You will have complete privacy, but also the peace of mind knowing the owners are nearby.

It’s only 25 minutes from downtown Salt Lake. It’s just a great location for work or play. For added security, there are security cameras located outside to monitor the entrance & lighted parking area

Come stay in our cozy basement unit! We re did the bedrooms in July 2025! We are just up the road from Historic Downtown Ogden, only 5 min from iFly Utah, 5 min from Weber State University, 15 min from Hill Air Force Base and the Northrop facilities. Close to many hiking and biking trails, as well as lakes and reservoirs. If you love skiing as much as we do you can get to 12 ski resorts in under 1.5 hours with the closest being only 30 min away. You’ll have a private entrance to the downstairs

The couches recline so you can relax while you enjoy a movie on the 85 " TV. 1 King and 1 Queen bed. Full kitchen and 2 in 1 washer dryer. No pets are allowed sorry 😿. You'll be near lots of shopping/restaurants. 30 min to ski resorts. 10 min drive to downtown Ogden and Weber State. Note: You must walk thru the 2nd bedroom to access the kitchen & bathroom.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Situated behind the main home in a fenced backyard. Close to Weber State University, McKay Dee hospital and lots of restaurants. Only a 30min drive to Snowbasin resort, and Powder Mountain. About 20min away from Pine-view dam. Lots of nearby hiking trails! In the summer, the backyard pool is open. We have a swing-set and trampoline for the kids to enjoy along with a furnished patio! *We have 2 friendly dogs who bark occasionally*
