PLEASE NOTE: All three pools are for our guests to use and are maintained thru the HOA and we do not have any control over exactly when they open (Usually April 1st ) or if any of them closes for any reason. No refunds will be given if any of the pools are closed temporarily.

This apartment has its own private back porch to enjoy breezes coming off of the Intracoastal Waterway. Bring your kayak/paddle board to enjoy the ICW. Holden Beach, grocery & dining are 3 miles away. No Smoking on the Premises. No loud music, no visitors and no partying. Guests may use the dock & pier (at your own risk) Guests can watch the activity on the water and Jet skis are for rent nearby. ** No WiFi, No Children, No Pets. Welcome to "5 More Minutes" beach house located near the ICW and Wooded section of Oak Island, NC. This open-floor plan home on pilings is on the island's west side and features a three-bedroom (three-bath)/two-full-bathroom configuration. Oak Island beaches are a short one-mile walk or drive away. We offer a 6-seater electric golf cart with a pre-paid parking pass to rent by the day. You must be over 21 to operate it.

Located off the beaten path, you’ll have peace, quiet, and privacy. Just a few miles from Holden Beach! There are also several other beaches in the nearby area, as well as some great restaurants and gift shops. We offer the use of a smaller shed off to the side of the tiny house to use as a closet to store your bags and clothes. Swimming pool located at main home, contact Geri to make access arrangements.

About a 10 minute walk to the ocean and 3 minute walk to the ICW. Our community is very peaceful, quiet.
