Very clean and comfortable spot. Definitely would recommend even for just a quick getaway!

This was an interesting place. It was clearly designed for a surfer… not a shorter woman per se. Well use of space. Creative design. Comfortable beds. Nice bathroom area. Large space. Very clean. But very loud. They did provide ear plugs and a noise machine to help. Amazing location and nice that they offered two free drinks to the restaurant upstairs with delicious food. It didn’t always feel the safest as the outside door was always open but I think it’s a safe town. The people were welcoming and kind. Oh, they have Netflix but no live TV.

We booked this Airbnb last minute due to the LA fires. They were super accommodating and let us check in a little early as we were traveling with a pet. The room on the listing was a little different than the room we got, but it didn’t bother us as our spot seemed a little bigger. Very clean, nice staff, and pretty big space for what you pay for. (Personal kitchen, etc)

We had a great stay. The place was awesome and we loved the location. Make sure to read Nomads careful instructions about parking- this was so helpful for us. Sean immediately helped us when we were locked out of our room- even when he was on the road for vacation. Highly recommend and check out the canteen!

We will be back! What a great time. The inn does an excellent job taking care of the cute little courtyard with a lovely little pool, bbqs, and a small putting green. We have 2 kids and we had a wonderful time. The mattresses were comfortable, towels and linen were very clean. Kitchenette was fully stocked with everything you might need. All the cable channels and good WiFi. Cute little patio spaces. I wish we could have stayed longer.

The room is very spacious, clean, and stylish. It is perfectly located across from Pizza Port (A must-visit) and many other shops and restaurants. It can get very noisy seeing that the room is directly under a bar, but we didn't mind. The only downfall is the parking situation, but being from LA, we're pretty used to that. All in all, we would definitely come back.

Had a great girls weekend with my mom. Close to good restaurants and cute shops. We stayed on a Sunday night and found parking easy and the place quiet.

This is an amazing place that is close to restaurants and things to do. Cole was truly wonderful and our stay could not have been better. We only stayed one night but would easily stay a week next time we come to Palm Springs. Highly recommend this place.

Loved this space … room was super cute and love the Murphy bed which created more space in the day. Very 60s and affordable. Pool areas are lovely … will defo stay again!

Cole and his place were fantastic! Everything was as described and showed in the photos. Actually, the shower looks small in the photos but it’s more spacious than how it seems! Overall, the place was super clean and cozy for two people. Very easy to get to and plenty to do in this area of Palm Springs (i.e., restaurants, shopping, museums, etc.) we would definitely recommend others to stay here and would stay here again!

Beyond incredible. We’re the type of people who usually don’t sit around our accommodation very much — we’re always running around and going on adventures. And while we still did a bit of that, Peppertree Lane was so perfect and cozy that we found ourselves staying in way more than usual! The bed, the room, the fireplace, the bathroom, the shower, the shared area stocked with goodies and supplies, the mini fridge in the room…I just can’t fully describe how perfect. Plus, the bottle of wine they gifted us upon arrival was super delicious. Our favorite part? Going for a run in the vineyards and orchards each morning — just right out the door! And always with a stunning view of the hot air balloons. And a few gorgeous coyotes, too. Highly recommend Peppertree Lane Ranch! We brought our little dachshund, too, and she felt right at home.

The space was spotless and cozy. Tons of great restaurants and shops within walking distance. I really enjoyed my stay here as I took in the beauty of Palm Springs. 10/10 recommend.

We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful hotel. It was easy to locate with keyless entry. The rooms are exactly as pictured. Private, peaceful and conveniently located near the wineries. Owners were quick to respond to all messages. We definitely would stay again.
