Luciano was lovely, always responsive and helping us with our questions, his accommodation is super clean and beautifully decorated with macrame. The bed is extremely comfortable. The building is also in a safe area, easy to find and well located. Definitely recommend staying here! Thank you Luciano for everything!

The place is fantastic. Super nice location only being 15 minutes from multiple beaches. Santiago was very helpful and gave us great recommendations with food, cenotes, and beaches. He was also very responsive whenever we asked questions or needed clarity. 10/10

Très bel emplacement avec petit balcon privé près de la chute qui arrive dans la piscine, ce qui offrait un bel environnement de télétravail. Cuisine bien équipée. Belle piscine et accès sur le toit. Supermarché à proximité. Les personnes à l'accueil sont accueillants et proactifs. Je recommande.

O espaço é muito bom. As avaliações estão corretas. Vou deixar uma avaliação específica para famílias com crianças pequenas. A comunicação com os anfitriões é facil. Letícia nos ajudou em tudo, com lençóis extras para meu filho. O espaço é amplo, a varanda tem uma proteção suficiente para uma criança. A cozinha é completa para fazer refeições dos pequenos com utensílios de qualidade que ajudam no preparo. O apartamento é silencioso, virado para área interna. Andrea fornece um colchão inflável de qualidade com bomba elétrica que meu filho dormiu confortavelmente. A piscina é excelente para crianças, com duas profundidades seguras. O quarto é um pouco claro, mas conseguimos dormir bem mesmo assim. A praia publica é um pouco distante para andar com crianças pequenas, mas o foco da cidade são os passeios então achamos tranquilo. Voltaríamos.

Top Wohnung, sehr modern und sehr gut riechende Seife Es war alles da, Toilettenpapier und Handtücher . Netflix vorhanden Aufpassen mit kleinen Kindern und leider kein Aufzug, aber für normal Reisende perfekt, als Familie wie gesagt etwas aufpassen

Recomendado 100% la zona súper accesible para caminar y para llegar a la 5ta Av. áreas para comer súper cerca, la zona muy tranquila, el departamento muy amplio, el Rooftop súper tranquilo y relajante, la gente súper agradable. Sin duda lo volveríamos a elegir. 💖

This place was beautiful and peaceful! The apartment was spacious and great for 2 people working from home. The view of the jungle and the bird watching was wonderful. The host was very attentive when we needed anything. We used the gym and the pool regularly and they are VERY nice amenities. The walk to the beach is about 45 mins and 30 min walk to centro, but you can rent a scooter nearby online for 2-days for $40 TOTAL. We did that on the weekends to buy groceries and spend a day at the beach and/or in town every so often. The cabs to/from centro or the beach are pricey, but easily accessible at the lobby, renting the scooters or biking is cheaper. It was worth staying in the jungle instead of the beach or centro. However, the apartment itself is inside of a walkable community that has almost everything you would need, (supermarkets, restaurants, pilates studio, pharmacy, rentals, shopping, massages, bougie things still being built). This neighborhood is growing fast.

What an amazing place to stay. Very nice and quiet community with great pools. House has amazing backyard. Feels like at home. Thank You to David for super professional communication. We had amazing stay in Tulum. Definitely will be back to this house;)

We rented this property for a family reunion and throughly enjoyed our stay. It is in a residential, gated community which boasts a lovely community gym and pool. There were 9 of us (including kids) and there was plenty of space for all of us. Rodrigo and his team were helpful and responsive, but if you want reservations for the Xalmar Beach Club, I suggest you book a few slots before you arrive which you can adjust later on, as otherwise it gets a bit complicated. We did not make use of the firepit or the outside cinema screen as we were happy to just relax by the pool so I can't comment on those. Lots of hot water in the shower with good pressure - be aware it is salty. We had a really lovely time and fully recommend this home.

Todo se encontraba impecablemente limpio y el personal que nos recibió fue muy amable, brindándonos excelentes recomendaciones de lugares turísticos para visitar. La descripción del alojamiento y las fotos publicadas en la plataforma corresponden fielmente a la realidad. Recomiendo ampliamente este hospedaje, ya que está equipado con todo lo necesario para una estancia confortable, incluyendo lavadora y una cocina completamente equipada.

We stayed at the villa for a bachelorette trip, and had a great time. The pool area was lovely, we had a private chef come, and massages as well in the Airbnb. The villa was beautiful and comfortable for our group of 6 with spacious rooms, beds, and bathrooms. The host was extremely responsive to our questions both before and during our stay.

El lugar es muy cómodo, y la atención de Angélica fue la mejor, siempre atenta a lo que necesitamos, 100% recomendable, definitivamente volvería a rentar con ella.

Muy buen lugar para pasar el fin de semana, esta en una excelente ubicación y las personas que te apoyan en el edificio son muy amables.

Beautiful, quiet surrounding. Easy access to the beach clubs which are approximately 2 miles away. 2 small stores nearby and a lovely cafe bar 4 blocks away. Close to downtown so you can explore the places they offer. I definitely would stay here again. It’s an electric code access which they have. Didn’t mind it. However, during check-in the battery was so low it wouldn’t work. They got back to us immediately and had someone change the battery. Love the rooftop pool access. So pleasant during a hot day.

Great stay at iPLAYA! Everything was just as advertised and the hosts provided very detailed check-in instructions and other info prior to arrival. Front desk is staffed 24x7 with very friendly folks. In a quieter neighborhood while still being a 5-10min walk to the main strip on 5th. Check out PapaCharly’s restaurant next door as well, it’s great!

I highly recommend this place. The amenities that the building are incredible. The hospitality of the concerts. It’s great.. And the best was Alex, our host. Couldn’t recommend this place more! Whole building offers luxurious amenities, all staff is super friendly and nice. Unit is beautiful, fresh and very bright! Communication between us and Carlos was 15/10! Every little concern or question we had - everything was resolved within minutes with outstanding care! This was our 3rd time in Playa and hands down this was the best accommodation we had. We definitely will be back!
