We live on the premises and enjoy sharing our home with families with kids, friends reuniting, & large families. You’ll love my place because of its quiet, private location, great accommodations and lots of entertainment options. We serve breakfast for an additional $15/person/night with 24+ hours notice. Grocery stores, restaurants and pharmacies are all within two miles. Liberty University is 15 minutes away. Univ of Lynchburg and Randolph are 10 minutes. There's plenty of off street parking.

IF YOU REQUIRE TWO GUESTS TO USE TWO BEDROOMS (an additional $40), please REGISTER AS 3 GUESTS, even though there are only two of you. You may not bring in overnight guests that you did not include in your reservation. Long pickup trucks will have difficulty turning around in our driveway.

Susie's Place

Come & enjoy a nice relaxing getaway in this spacious 3 bedroom home in down town Covington, Va. Sue's house has lots to offer; from the large private fenced in yard & spacious back deck, to all the household amenities. This house has recently been remodeled to accommodate 8 guests. The area in which the house is located is ideal for hiking, biking, kayaking, tubing, and fishing. It's also near the historic town of Clifton Forge. There is a paper mill in Covington that puts off a smell.

On the National Registry of Historic Places, Locust Hill Farm has been fully renovated and offers a beautiful updated kitchen, fantastic screened in porch overlooking the mountains and private modernized en-suite bathrooms for all 4 bedrooms! Walk on the 300+ acres or relax in the 30 foot screened in porch. Hammocks, corn hole and horseshoes are perfect for outside R and R! 7 miles west is beautiful Lexington and 10 miles east are fabulous hikes in the Blue Ridge Mountains. Enjoy!
