C'est là que l'on transformait le lait en fromage et en broussa, c'est là que la famille se réunissait pour la veillée du soir avec les voisins ,et que se nouait la vie sociale.Les outils,semences, récoltes ,étaient aussi remisés dans l'arbec. Les pierres de ce petit édifice sont chargées d'histoire et l'épaisseur de ses murs offre un sentiment de protection, de paix, propice au repos.
