Die Unterkunft liegt in einer sehr schönen und zentralen Lage beim Strand. Die Wohnung ist schön groß, hell und sauber. Wir waren dort zu viert und hatten ausreichend Platz. Die Unterkunft befindet sich im fünften Stock, das Haus ist allerdings mit einem Aufzug ausgestattet und stellt daher kein Problem dar. Der Gastgeber ist sehr zuvorkommend und jederzeit erreichbar. Alles in allem war es ein gelungener Aufenthalt. Jederzeit gerne wieder.

The views here are somehow even better than pictured, worth it for that alone. The apartment matches the photos, the furnishings are spartan but have everything you need for a short stay where you're probably mostly out anyway. The walk into town along the main road has some tight spots without a sidewalk but you can also take the longer walk along the beach. In our group of 4 there were 2 that were woken up by the train and also wished the beds were softer so keep your personal preferences in mind. Minor suggestions would be adding wifi, some extra towels, and regular non-stemmed drinking cups in the home. From the start communication with Francois was excellent, despite some plans outside of his control changing he was proactive on making sure we were able to get checked in with the very friendly housekeeper which worked out perfectly despite the language barrier. If we ever have a chance we would stay again.

Host was very helpful and kind. The place was very well equipped and beautiful. Specially we liked the outdoor area. Luckily we had a very nice weather during our stay so we could enjoy the sun in the outdoor space. Location was in a quiet area, surrounded by tangerine-orange fields and local farmers. Sea was in a walking distance, nice path to there. Definitely worth visiting!

Soggiornare da Chiara per noi e’ stato molto rilassante. Al nostro arrivo ci ha accolti con gentilezza e simpatia, guidandoci subito nel suo “Piccolo Rifugio” dove ogni cosa ogni particolare richiama alla mente la parola armonia sapientemente distribuita dalla sensibilità di Chiara. Nella frenesia (dovuta ai nostri continui spostamenti) dei giorni seguenti è sempre stato un immenso piacere tornare in questa oasi di quiete e tranquillità impreziosita dalle costanti attenzioni di Chiara sempre pronta ad elargire gustosi e graditissimi doni, frutto della nostra bella Calabria. Fabio est un hôte très chaleureux et généreux. L’appartement est bien situé, dans le centre historique, le logement nous donne le sentiment d’être à la maison, il contient tout le confort nécessaire, il est spacieux et incroyablement équipé. Il est decoré avec goût. Nous avons eu droit à des encas de bienvenue et nous nous sommes sentis très à l’aise. Nous recommandons vivement cette adresse. Merci à Fabio pour son accueil.

Wir haben zwei Wochen in dieser wunderschönen Wohnung verbracht. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt! Die Wohnung war sauber, sehr gut ausgestattete Küche mit allem was man benötigt. Grosse gemütliche Terrasse zum verweilen. Die Kommunikation mit Antonio war sehr gut. Egal welches Anliegen, er hat sofort geholfen. Der Strand in unmittelbarer Nähe mit einem wunderschönen Meer. Wir empfehlen diese Wohnung wärmstens. Wir haben uns wirklich zu Hause gefühlt. Nur zu empfehlen. Danke auch an die Eltern von Antonio, die uns sehr herzlich empfangen haben und jeder Zeit wenn nötig, geholfen haben.

In una ventosa domenica di settembre io e la mia famiglia con un piccolino di 21 mesi al seguito siamo arrivati a Praialonga, che si è rivelata essere una meravigliosa scoperta. Caterina e Giacomo sono stati ottimi padroni di casa disponibili H24, puntuali, guide costanti nella scoperta del posto. Caterina da subito ci ha deliziato con un dolce di benvenuto con marmellata di ribes nero fatta da lei(deliziosa!). La casa situata in un complesso residenziale con piazzetta centrale è al terzo piano senza ascensore di fatto è davvero molto bella, curata e funzionale in ogni sua parte e con una veduta impagabile. La pace che abbiamo respirato in quel periodo è difficilmente descrivibile a parole e si può solo provare sulla propria pelle. Sulla spiaggia avevamo ombrellone e sdraio e la possibilità di poter usufruire di un kajak per arrivare alla vicina spiaggia dei calanchi, raggiungibile anche via terra muniti di opportune scarpette da scogli. E’ stata una settimana all’insegna del relax, della pace, della natura e del buon cibo. La spiaggia è adattissima per bambini.

Dejligt hus i olivenlund. Smuk udsigt. Veludstyret køkken. Gioditta var en god vært, svarede hurtigt og hentede os da vi var kørt forkert. Følg instruksen med vejen. Man kan ikke bruge Google Maps, hvis man kommer fra syd. Dejlig gåtur til landsby. Vi fik lov at se på olivenhøsten. Jeg vil anbefale stedet, hvis man har brug for ro og fred.

Le Fratte is a wonderful site with lots of plants and this house a gem! Bigger, more beautiful and cozy than on the pictures we spend here some wonderful days and didn't mind some of them to be rainy at all, as one could still sit on the huge covered terrace and enjoy the view. The beaches right in front of the site are beautiful, but require at least some basic fitness to get down to and up from. There's a big beach next to the porto touristico not far away that should be easily accessible for everyone though. The Ristorante in the village, Le Pagoda, was still opened in late October, which we almost didn't expect, so in case you don't want to use the kitchen (which has all the basics and much more so you're ready to cook) once in a while, there's a surprisingly good option to eat out (try the swordfish carpaccio) just a 5 minute walk away. 10/10 would definitely go back again.
